About this experience
The Path of the Gods takes us back in time to the glory of the Greek period. It is probably one of the most famous trails in Italy. Walking between heaven and earth, from the Path of the Gods it is possible to admire one of the most breathtaking views on earth: a view of the coast that stretches from Li Galli archipelago to the island of Capri. Among the "high" routes of the Amalfi Coast, this excursion moves from Nocelle to the "Colle Serra" and back. Passing by old vineyards, terraces, farmhouses and monasteries, you will have the feeling of being in a beautiful painting with a mesmerizing landscape. The Path of the Gods, despite its name, is also an extraordinary example of the work of men, who has managed over the centuries to colonize even the most difficult places in the region. Walking in this spectacular scenery, there will be an opportunity to eventually meet local shepherds and farmers .

A must do experience on the Amalfi coast!
Amazing group tour. Antonito was super knowledgeable and fun. Seamless and breathtaking hike of the Path of the Gods. Great stop at the top for wine, bread, and artisanal cheese with Antonio… the last remaining goat sheppard along the path. Such a special experience!

Great view, Great hike!
Wonderful experience!! Great views, great guide, great hike, and great stop with the shepherd for wine and fresh goat cheese! Overall amazing!! SOO worth it! However, I picked this one because it said it was 5 hours long and we had a train to catch but it lasted closer to 6.5 hours from pickup to dropoff and there was no additional traffic. As it turned out, I am glad we had the stop with the shepherd as it was nice to rest our legs and fun!! Not a hike for people out of shape!

An amazing experience
The views were amazing and the our tour guide/driver was wonderful. Nino provide a great deal of local information during van ride to starting point. Along the path he explained the commerce between the farmers in the mountains and the fisherman below. At the end of the journey we were treated to a great lunch by the farmer who passed us along the trail with his donkey and supplies. We are also treated to some great entertainment during lunch by the cook stranding us with his wonderful voice. P.S. You ned to be good physical shape to take this hike as it is very strenuous.

This was our second time to do this hike! It is so fabulous! A must do when in Amalfi. You won’t regret it! Spending time and having lunch with the shepherd was a bonus. You won’t regret this one!!
