What you get

    About this experience

In about four hours, we’ll take you through the highlights of the Elafiti Islands—usually a mix of caves, swim spots, and island villages like Lopud or Koločep. But nothing is forced. No two tours are the same, and we don’t lock our guests into a fixed schedule. If you want more cave time, we stay longer. If you’re feeling lazy, we find a quiet bay and drop anchor. It’s your boat for the day, and we’re here to guide — not control. You’ll visit the famous Blue Cave, maybe even the Green Cave, snorkel spots, and one of the best sandy beaches near Dubrovnik. We’ll have cold drinks on board, good music (if you want it), and a local skipper who knows every hidden spot worth seeing. Want to bring the memories home? We’ve got a GoPro camera on board for you to use—and we’ll send you an edited video after the trip, so the smiles and swim dives stay with you long after you’re back on land. Private, smooth ride, no pressure—just real sea time the way it should be.

    Excellent boat trip

Excellent Boat Trip We had a fantastic time on this boat excursion! The boat was perfect for the four of us, and our captain was excellent—very professional, friendly, and highly experienced. He knows the area extremely well and took us to some beautiful spots. The manager also provided excellent service—very helpful, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized. A wonderful experience that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great day at sea!

    Escape from heat and crowds

Teen daughters and myself had a great time visiting green/ blue caves as well as isolated beach areas. Skipper- Otto was a gentleman and so nice to the kids. The gopro was big hit on trip. We got video from the camera afterwards which we loved. It was so hot in dbv so this was perfect escape. Great views of old town too. So glad we did it!!

    Amazing Experience!

We had an incredible experience! The management was impeccable with Josko Leoni from start to finish. In our case, they kindly arranged pick-up from our accommodation to the port, and the same for the return trip. Our skipper (unfortunately, we don’t recall his name) was very friendly and attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the trip at a relaxed pace and stopping wherever we wished. All services were thoughtfully provided, including unlimited drinks and snorkeling gear to enhance our experience. We sincerely hope to repeat this adventure in the future and will certainly recommend it to our close friends. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.

How much does Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $531 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.

Is Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 100 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour?

    +

Around 35 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Half-Day Elafiti Islands Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
