We booked this activity, which went as planned. However, during the activity, Christopher, the guide, offered us other activities, which was a scam. He insisted we withdraw money to pay him for these other activities to reserve our spot. It was simply a scam. We paid him for two activities that never happened. He led us on and then fabricated a lie, claiming we hadn't understood each other about the dates, even though we had the vouchers he gave us with the correct dates included. We tried to resolve the situation politely with him, but he preferred to block us and keep our money. This is truly unacceptable, which is why I urge you not to book any activities with him and to avoid this company. They think they can scam people without any consequences. I've attached the conversations, but unfortunately, I can't upload the audio.

Friendly local tour
Met our friendly tour guide Chris and his driver, who navigated the way into the city in an air conditioned mini bus. On our ways to and from attractions, there was a few pit stops along the way at local souvenir shops where we were treated with local cultured delights cigars, chocolate, coffee etc. Do allow about 5-6 hours for this trip to account for some local traffic and distance between each site.

Simple and informal
The tour guide was nice and communicated well. It was a very informal tour with stops. There wasnt a formal demonstration of rolling cigar or the process. The city tour was very short.
