Kindness, deliciousness, wonderful sight, pretty picture, satisfaction

I saw a great view in hai van. It was unfortunate that the observation deck at the top was renewed, but it was enough to see the scenery. It looked dangerous to go directly by motorbike, so it was good to go on a tour. I was lucky to see a monkey in monkey moutain. It's aggressive when it's close, so it's better to see it from afar. And I had lunch and it was a local restaurant. It wasn't a clean place, but it felt local, and it was very delicious. They gave me a lot of food. I like this kind of local restaurant more. It was very delicious. But it can be hard to walk quite a lot here. And the guide was very friendly. There was no great inconvenience in communicating in English. And I think Koreans would like it, but they actively took pictures throughout the tour. Considering the price of the tour in Vietnam, it was not cheap, but it was much better than coming by ourselves when the locals explained.

    Pretty good

Tour guide Le is very knowledgeable. All 3 places completed tour, we were lucky with a good weather when we visited Hai Van Pass. Tour guide offered to take a lot of photos for us. Thank you. Overall a very good experience. However noticed Tour guide is more intrigued at the Chinese words carved on the marble mountain. And kept asking us how to read the Chinese words. There were steep & uneven steps up the mountain. We had to be very careful in taking the steps up to the peak. So travelers pls wear good grip track shoes. The only setback is the food. Read that the tourists went to a local seafood to eat overlooking a lagoon. Thought would be similar. However we were brought to a local shophouse to eat (shop house by the roadside). So lunch for us is just Vietnamese Roll - chicken wrapped with veggie in egg crepes. Food is no doubt not bad. But we were expecting something better. My teens did not enjoy the food though. 1 of them did not eat. Frankly food is not very impressive. So do hope that the tour operator will take note of this and ensure better food is included because the tour price is not low per person for this package. Thank you.

    Great tour😎

It was a very nice tour! Very comfortable and interesting! Andy shared with me the history and meaning of the structures and decorations and also made some pretty great pictures of me. We even stoped at the picturesque beach just to make a good photo! The food was DELICIOUS! I totally recommend this tour!

    Brilliantly organised tour

We chose this tour because it included all the sites we wanted to visit and in one day. The sites included the marble mountains, lady buddha statue, monkey mountain and the amazing road that is the Hai Van Pass but we saw so much more. We stopped for a very tasty seafood lunch at a restaurant overlooking the lagoon and after that went for a drive around the lagoon. Our guide Andy was brilliant, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English and our driver was great as well and would stop anywhere if we wanted to take photos. It was a well organised day out and we highly recommend this to anyone who wanted to pack a lot of sites into one day.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hoi An.

How much does HAI VAN PASS( Sea &Cloud Mountain),MONKEY MOUNTAIN &MARBLE MOUNTAIN Private Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hoi An usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does HAI VAN PASS( Sea &Cloud Mountain),MONKEY MOUNTAIN &MARBLE MOUNTAIN Private Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hoi An is not rushed.

Is HAI VAN PASS( Sea &Cloud Mountain),MONKEY MOUNTAIN &MARBLE MOUNTAIN Private Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hoi An, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule HAI VAN PASS( Sea &Cloud Mountain),MONKEY MOUNTAIN &MARBLE MOUNTAIN Private Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is HAI VAN PASS( Sea &Cloud Mountain),MONKEY MOUNTAIN &MARBLE MOUNTAIN Private Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

How far in advance should I book HAI VAN PASS( Sea &Cloud Mountain),MONKEY MOUNTAIN &MARBLE MOUNTAIN Private Tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hoi An can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hoi An and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hoi An within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hoi An?

    +

On Outty we rank every Hoi An experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include HOI AN Hidden Gems in Rural Villages & River Islands PRIVATE TOUR, Coconut Jungle Eco & Hoi An City Tour With Boat Ride, Cooking Class Hoi An:Local Market, Basket Boat, Fishing & Cooking. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hoi An?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hoi An?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
