Amazing Tour!
What an absolutely AMAZING experience! Words cannot describe how great it was. My guide Chien was the best! He was so caring and kind, constantly asking if I was ok. He accommodated my every need and even took me the pharmacy before leaving due to an illness. So knowledgeable about the area. He politely answered ALL my questions about the area and culture. I cannot thank him enough for such a wonderful time he showed me. His English was also EXCELLENT! On the third day I was the only traveler and it turned into a private tour. We stayed at the cutest little mud bungalow and had a private dinner with the family. The next morning the owner was nice enough to let me try their traditional Hmong attire. Such a culturally rich tour, just what I was looking for. I was EXTREMELY hesitant to do it at first but so glad I did! I saw other groups with LOTS of people on the tour. If you’re looking for a more intimate group go with Infinity and ask for Chien as your guide!

Excellent experience with Van!
My friends I and enjoyed an excellent ha giang experience with Infinity! We did the 4 day 3 night tour and loved it. I couldn’t have felt safer with my driver Van. Al of our drivers were incredibly experienced and knew every imperfection in the road. We stopped at fun view points, swim spots, and enjoyed various activities along the trip. All our meals were generously portioned. I would book with Infinity again no question.

Four magnificent days on the Ha Giang Loop
My husband and I did the four day, three night trip with Infinity. I was quite nervous the day before we started but had nothing to worry about. I had a gorgeous lady driver who drove really safely and took amazing care of me. Our days were varied and we stopped every 30 to 45 minutes to stretch our legs and look at viewpoints. The coffee was pretty amazing too. We bamboo rafted, swam in a huge cave, hiked to viewpoints and also visited ‘Dragon Cave’ which was very impressive. The food was delicious and plentiful, homestays cozy and comfortable and the ‘happy water’ flowed!!! We take away with us lovely memories and couldn’t recommend this company more. You’ll love it.

The hostel quality was quite poor—I couldn’t sleep one of the three nights I stayed (a lot of insects). Additionally, not all of the drivers seemed to prioritize safety, as some were overtaking in a concerning manner. At each stop, there was very little explanation provided—only about 7-10minutes of information about the places we visited. Most of the time drivers were playing games in their corners. That said, the views were beautiful, and overall the experience was still enjoyable. The good was good quality and some or the loop members were helpful. The people I met were cool, this made the journey still quite nice.
