- Please be aware that this tour is not wheelchair or scooter accessible due to the presence of numerous stairs throughout the museums. Unfortunately, there are no elevators available for use.

Greedy..we were not informed by the company of closed streets on day of tour
This company did not tells us the streets were closed because of protests, and we were unable to get transportation to meeting point. They would not refund us any portion of our payment. We tried walking and running for 40 minutes to the location since we could not get transportation. We arrived in Rome the day of our tour . How did we know about 300,000 people protesting ? Very unkind customer service and greedy operator. Use another tour operator that has a heart.

Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica with The Wise Tours
We booked last minute with The Wise Tours...and what a great decision it was!! We had heard all kinds of scary stuff about the crazy lines for Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica in Vatican City. But it turned out to be quite easy with the lines moving fairly quickly that afternoon. And the cherry on the cake was going with The Wise Tours...Maite, our brilliant guide, was so well versed with the chapel and its history...all of her commentary was peppered with humour and dry wit and that's what made it so much better! Add to that, she was just so warm and friendly. Highly recommend The Wise Tours and please ask for Maite!
