    Excellent

Benus is a very pleasant guide. He arrives on time and very understanding when I said Im afraid of heights and cannot climb anymore during the park tour of Victoria Falls. He has been very helpful with information on hand and even reminded me if my passport is with me during the Chobe visit. It will be a pleasure to recommend the tour with others.

Response from the operator: Hello Roma thank you very much for your wonderful review and we are looking forward to see you again on your next visit

Recommended tour from friendly and knowledgeable guide

We were collected from our lodge by Benos who was very friendly and very smartly dressed. Benos was also the tour guide - he was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions and was happy to take photos of us. Although I had visited the Falls on a previous occasion a few years ago, I felt I learned more this time round so the tour was well worth it.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your wonderful review we look forward to see you again on your next visit

This is a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide was outstanding. He was super patient, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. My son and I had such an amazing time that we will only use this tour company and guide when we are in and around Zambia. We loved it and look forward to returning next year.

All inclusive planning for the perfect vacation.

Our guide Benos, was amazing. We had originally just booked an airport transfer with this company, but Benos was so polite, professional and just had such a good knowledge of what would make a good vacation, that we asked him to plan our vacation for us on the ride to the hotel. He was so helpful and everything went very smoothly. We ended up touring the falls from both sides that same day. It was incredible. Both guides were knowledgeable and happily encouraged us to take our time and take many photos. Then we ended up doing a walk with Lions tour and a rhino walk and safari. All were excellent. We can highly recommend Benos and his team to give you a once in a lifetime experience of Zambia, and an easy passport/visa experience to see the Zimbabwe as well.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your wonderful review we look forward to see you on your next visit

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Livingstone.

How much does Guided Tour of the Falls Zambia cost?

    +

How long does Guided Tour of the Falls Zambia take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Livingstone is not rushed.

Is Guided Tour of the Falls Zambia worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Livingstone, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guided Tour of the Falls Zambia?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Guided Tour of the Falls Zambia suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Guided Tour of the Falls Zambia?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Livingstone can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Livingstone and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Guided Tour of the Falls Zambia start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Livingstone within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Livingstone?

    +

On Outty we rank every Livingstone experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Game Drive & Rhino Safari Exp - up to 3 hrs long - MIN 2 PEOPLE, Raft the Zambezi, Zambezi Whitewater Rafting — Full Day All 25 Rapids : Livingstone. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Livingstone?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Livingstone?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
