Wonderful Start to our DE trip

Loved their set up - shady, comfy seats & a view. Excellent guide Jeremy with us newbies. He helped those slower, very encouraging and even put up with my squabbling kiddos. The weather was not ideal (windy) but I appreciated that they offered but didnt force switching to kayaks.

Response from the operator: TY so much.

Kayaked with some friends and had a ball. Olivia was so knowledgeable and made it a fun experience. She also took pictures of our group. She was AWESOME!

    Nice Paddle

We have SUP boards at home and have canoed a few times but since we had never kayaked, we decided to try the guided excursion. We were told the bay is very shallow and the wind was reasonable that day. Our guide was a half time snow ski instructor, half time kayak guide, named Will. We paddled across the bay to an island and back. There was not a whole lot of instruction aside from less than 5 minutes on the beach. We all did fine so that didn't seem to be a problem. We saw horseshoe crabs, turtles, osprey and heron. We were in tandem sit on top kayaks with back rests. They were comfortable. Wearing water shoes is imperative with the sharp shells and things in the water at the loading zone. George took some photos of us upon our return. I took a few while we were out there too. We paid for cold waters for after our paddle but I guess we all forgot about that! There are restrooms onsite at the restaurant attached. PFDs are provided.

Response from the operator: Thanks so much Amy. We're delighted that you had a nice time.

    Excellent staff, great for beginners!

We went on a paddleboarding excursion this weekend led by Merit and organized by Janis which was one of the highlights of our trip! They were so good with our varied skill group and helped all of us to get up on our boards without problem. Having a guide was also awesome because he captured our entire experience on camera and got us excellent pictures to remember the trip by! Highly recommend for skilled and newbie paddlers alike!

Response from the operator: Thank you for such a nice review.

Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rehoboth Beach.

How much does Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay cost?

    +

Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rehoboth Beach usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rehoboth Beach is not rushed.

Is Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rehoboth Beach, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rehoboth Beach can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rehoboth Beach and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Guided Paddleboard Excursion on Rehoboth Bay start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rehoboth Beach within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Rehoboth Beach?

    +

Rehoboth Beach, DE packs its best experiences into walkable neighborhoods, local food, and day trips nearby. Outty ranks every bookable tour and activity in Rehoboth Beach by rating quality, review depth, booking demand and value, so you can see the standouts before you book. On Outty we rank every Rehoboth Beach experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2-Hour Paddleboard Rental in Rehoboth Bay, Tandem Kayak Rental in Rehoboth Bay, Guided Kayak Excursion Rehoboth Back Bay. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rehoboth Beach?

    +

Spring and fall bring the best weather and lighter crowds in Rehoboth Beach, while summer has the widest choice of tours and evening activities. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rehoboth Beach?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
