- Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Was met by Mali shortly...
Was met by Mali shortly after leaving the aircraft whilst holding a sign with my name on it. She took me to the baggage collection after clearing passport checks, a service which took only 15/20 minutes from start to finish. Well worth skipping that big immigration queue which would have taken at least 45 minutes. Once the bag was collected I out and on my way to the city.

It was amazing service and very helpful after a long flight no stress at all. It took about 5 minutes though immigration and stayed with me until we found our ride. Great service and will definitely be booking again

Very smooth , I was in 5 minutes passing the immigration. There were a few hundreds people queuing at the immigration hall.

Waste of good money
This service is no good.They won't meet you off the flight so its pointless.I booked it for my son and although he rang several times he never met anyone.Dont waste money. He used a similar service in Doha airport last week and they were incredible.He was met at the flight bridge and taken to gate of the next flight. He never got any help today.
