We’ll enjoy a nice hot cup of Indian tea after meeting at Regal Cinema, an iconic Art Deco theater in Colaba. Our next stop is Sassoon Docks—one of the oldest docks, built in 1875, and now one of the largest fish markets. Then, we’ll observe traditional laundry washing before heading to my home of 23 years in Ganesh murti Nagar slums, the largest slum in South Mumbai. Here, you'll meet wonderful and interesting people—my family and friends. This is also where Gregory Roberts, the author of the worldwide bestseller Shantaram, lived for a long time. I look forward to showing you an authentic slice of Mumbai life!

Exceptionally kind, warm, and fully dedicated to his work. Thanks to him, Mumbai stopped being just a huge, noisy city and became a fascinating story full of contrasts, history, colors, and human emotions. He showed us Mumbai from every possible angle — from its famous landmarks to hidden alleys that we would never have discovered on our own. And that is exactly where the real magic of this city lies. Gufram tells stories in a way that captivates you from the very first minute. He has enormous knowledge, years of experience, and a remarkable talent for sharing history with humor, ease, and genuine passion. With him, even the busiest streets of Mumbai become the stage for unforgettable stories. This was not an ordinary sightseeing tour. It was a true adventure that will remain in our hearts for a long time.
