Great tourism company!

Great tourism company! We did multiple tours around Medellin, Quindio and Bogota. They tailor the tours to what you want to do and how you want to do it. However, if they recommend something trust them! They have been doing this for a long time.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re so happy to hear you had an amazing experience on your tours with us. It’s always a pleasure to tailor each adventure to your preferences, but we’re glad you trusted our recommendations—we know the best spots to make your trip unforgettable! Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we can’t wait to have you join us on another adventure in the future!

Amazing tour great experience with Steven

We had the most incredible tour of Guatapé and Comuna 13 with Steven! Words cannot describe how fantastic the entire experience was. Thanks to Steven's incredible explanations and the delicious food we sampled along the way, we truly felt immersed in the local culture. I can't praise Steven enough for the unforgettable experience he provided us.

If I could give letscolombia ten stars I would do it.

Steven is just the perfect guide and friend. He worries about the well being of the group and a perfect service is his priority. Steven talked to us about history, gastronomy and ordinary life in Medellin. We were blessed to have Steven as our guide for four days in Medellin. I fully recommend him and will engage his services again if I visit Medellin. God bless Steven!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that Steven provided you with such an exceptional experience. His dedication to ensuring the well-being of our guests and his passion for sharing the history, gastronomy, and daily life of Medellín truly make him a valuable part of our team. We’re delighted that you enjoyed your time with him over the four days and appreciate your high recommendation. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Medellín. Thank you once again for choosing our smart tourism services!

Find a different Tour Guide, Let’s Colombia and Steven are not your best friends. Overpriced and Fake

Steven is not your best friend, don’t let him fool you by him saying that. He just wants your money and will pretty much demand it. Expected me to pay for pictures that he took on my phone. After I paid for his transportation service he decided to get someone else to pick me and that person took me on a long detour missing my appointment and then told me I had to pay him because Steven never did. The guy is a con man. He seems friendly at first, but be aware he just wants to swindle money from your pockets. He claims to have these services but when called upon, he says his car isn’t allowed to go into the city, what type of tour guide can’t have his car come in the city, I’m not sure what the problem. Furthermore I had asked him to get me a Colombian delicacy, which wasn’t the best, and said you get better outside of the city, when we were out of the city he had got me the same thing and charged me double, what a rip off. I returned to Medellin again, and got referred to a different tour Guide named Nikolai, he’s the best tour guide in Medellin. Go to him instead, way better than Let’s Colombia.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your suggestions and feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. If you take a moment to observe, we have very few negative comments or complaints in our 13 years of operation. Unfortunately, I do not know who you are or when you took the tours with us. It appears that the vehicle restrictions known as "Pico y Placa" were not explained to you. This is a regulation that affects all public and private vehicles in the city, which is why Steven was unable to assist you. This situation can occur with any guide, as they must adhere to the city’s regulations. I regret that your experience with Steven did not meet your expectations. It is true that the best places and traditional flavors are often located outside the city. Additionally, you mentioned that Steven did not attend to you, yet you also stated that he charged you double. I find it difficult to understand how this is possible if he did not assist you. Furthermore, you mentioned being charged for photos, but we do not charge for photographs; they are a voluntary service provided by our guides. I hope you will reach out to me so we can review your case further

Guatapé tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Manila.

How much does Guatapé tour cost?

+

Prices start at $239 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Manila usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Guatapé tour take?

+

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Manila is not rushed.

Is Guatapé tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 55 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Manila, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Guatapé tour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Guatapé tour suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Guatapé tour?

+

Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Manila can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Manila and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Guatapé tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Manila within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Manila?

+

On Outty we rank every Manila experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Manila Food Tour: Introduction to Philippine Street Food, Experience Intramuros with Bamboo Bicycle - Ecotours, Spectacular Manila to Tagaytay: Full-Day Sightseeing Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Manila?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Manila?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
