Excellent, efficient and knowledgeable
Tour guide Hannan was excellent, very knowledgeable and pointed out all the history in each place we visited. She also enabled quick and easy access to all areas bypassing the queues. She was very friendly with very good English. Driver Mohammed was great, always on time and efficient even when my flight was delayed.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your review & we hope to see you again.

Cairo City Adventures
We had a great time with Muhammad & Haitham during our visit to Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Mohamed Ali Mosque & Old Coptic Cairo. Muhammad’s knowledge is excellent and he takes the time to explain everything along the way. A fantastic lesson in history for us. Plenty of time to appreciate each place as we moved through the city. Highly recommend, thank you for another great day!

Amazing Cairo in 2 days
Not much is perfect therefore a 4 star review, but the tour was nonetheless amazing. First the lesser details: - we had preferred to have same guide on both days (although both full of knowledge and friendly), but it would have avoided some repeating of same facts and explanations - on 1st day, we didn't get a bottle of water during tour (although we did on 2nd day) and during lunch (included), no drinks included either (just water would have been nice) - car of first day could have been better, considering price range of tour, but it didn't make tour lesser good in any way BUT most important: WE HAD A GREAT AMAZING TIME in Cairo We were able to customize tour as we wanted, see what we wanted, how long we wanted. First day tour lasted till 17:30 (it was dark already, started from 8am) and guide and driver never complained, on contrary left it to us if wanted go back to hotel. Our guide from first tour day Amira was amazing, took so many funny and amazing pics of us in front of pyramids and much more. She made the trip so fun and light. Amira explained very well all the sites, giving us time to explore inside of pyramids (I advise to try it, at least one). We went inside FOUR pyramids, which was exhausting and challenging, considering you have to take very steep stairs half bend for long distances, and even crawling. Amira our guide advise us not to go into Giza pyramids, yet we still did go into Cheops pyramid, but honestly, it wasn't worth it (Amira was right, and should have slapped me when I insisted to go in that pyramid). Why? Well we went into 3 other pyramids before (a.o. in Dahshur) and those were for free and very challenging. The Giza pyramids are expensive, and not as challenging and inside is no better than pyramids in Dahshur. So listen to your guide. Our second day was with Ahmed. Again full of knowledge, you could ask him anything, he knew an answer. He showed us just a part of Egyptian Museum, and it was soooo much info, so much we saw from a great ancient culture. And here we could again perfectly customize our tour with him. He showed us the Choptic site (church,...) and amazing mosk on the Citadel. IN SHORT, very nice tour with very nice guides. And also thanks to both our drivers that lead us to the most chaotic traffic I ever seen in my life.... Cairo is so hectic.... thanks to drive us safely.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your review & we hope to see you again.

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM.: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cairo.
How much does Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM. cost?
+
Prices start at $114 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cairo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM. take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cairo is not rushed.
Is Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM. worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cairo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM.?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM. suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 48-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM.?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cairo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cairo and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Great Experience To Explore Cairo In 2 Days Included The GEM. start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cairo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cairo?
+
On Outty we rank every Cairo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include All-in-One Giza Tour, inside Pyramid, sphinx, Camel ride & lunch, VIP Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx Tour –Inside the Pyramids&More, Best of Cairo Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Grand Museum Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cairo?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cairo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
