Awesome Tour.. Well worth the money..adding to that the tour guide Scarlett was brilliant..very knowledgeable..caring ..funny..making sure everyone was comfortable.. understanding the scanning of the ticket..for food or entering a tour.. I would highly recommend this tour.. One on one if needed..

Don't book with this agency! They are dishonnest! They cancel my tour 12h before the trip and I'm still waiting for the refund (since 3 months)!!! I sent them several emails, but no money back. Read carefully other reviews, Grand Canyon Destinations often proceed like that. Cancellation just before the start, and no refund. Absolutely to avoid!!!

Very Disappointed!!!
We were suppose to be picked up at our hotel this morning at 6:00 AM. Tour bus did not show up. We called in to Viator and they finally told us our trip had been cancelled as of a couple days ago!! We never got notification and Viator has NOT refunded our money yet!!!!

Last Minute Cancellation
This trip was cancelled last minute (the day before we were supposed to go). The replacement trip that was offered was on a day would have already left Vegas. We had to scramble to get a replacement trip. I planned this event back in December 2025.
