Rogue tour operator?
The trip never happened because the tour operator cancelled the trip twice. On the first cancellation, we chose to choose a new date and after that trip was cancelled, we chose to get our money back, which was optional. Viator announced that we would get a refund IF the trip was cancelled, which we could prove, and that they needed a confirmation from the tour operator that they could not get hold of at first. After spending a couple of hours chatting with various on Viator, I was told that I will get my money back. I have not yet received a refund.
