The best service and experience ever!

I’m ashamed to say we done this trip a good few years ago and always meant to send a fantastic review as this tour and company was nothing short of 5 stars. We opted for 5 star accommodation when booking and trust me, it was 5 stars. We felt like royalty. Our driver Buntu was incredible, the nicest man and made our experience unforgettable. Thank you Buntu for all you done for us. Our Ranthambore tour was out of this world, despite going in January our guide was determined to find a tiger for us to see and boy did he. We were treated to a front row show and have never seen anything like it. I’m convinced it was our guide that made all the difference as his passion and enthusiasm kept him on every trail. We were the only ones there with others then coming to see what our guide had tracked down. Another amazing thing about this company was we were meant to see the Taj Mahal the following morning after arriving in Agra however as we arrived we were greeted by our guide saying that tomorrow the weather and viewing is going to be poor and could he take us that evening. Of course we took his advice and agreed and wow was it worth it, sunset at the Taj Mahal. Our guide took photos and again made the experience unforgettable. We still feel so grateful that the guide made that decision to take us that evening instead of the next day and just goes to show the high level of service this tour and company has to offer. Finally, even after all these years our Jaipur guide was also incredible. His knowledge of the history was fascinating and made it a once in a lifetime experience. Every part of this tour from the guides, the drivers, the service was absolutely 5 star I just wish I could give them more… but we still aren’t over the hotels. We never could have found them ourselves. India was a dream trip for me and I can’t think this company enough for making it a trip for a King- sorry we waited so long to review but we can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic India Trip!

Our family just finished an amazing trip to India! I knew before going that the Taj Mahal would be a sight worth seeing, but thanks to our trip organizer, Manoj, we saw so much more! We had great experiences in Old Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore and Jaipur. Manoj created a superb holiday that included a wonderful driver, Viveck, outstanding guides, Tamar, Raj and Sunny. I can't thank Manoj and Raj enough for their help with recovering a camera lens left behind at the Taj Mahal. They went well out of their way to search for it, including driving to several cities and delivering it to me before we arrived in Ranthambore. This is service above and beyond expectations. We got lucky with the lens, but only because of the hard work and perseverance of Raj, Manoj and Viveck! I can't thank them enough. Our eight day trip will be the highlight of the year and more. From the markets of Old Delhi, the amazing fortresses we visited, the numerous temples with their long history, an amazing elephant experience where we got to feed, paint and wash an elephant, our safari, excellent hotels, a; great driver in Viveck, and so much more! We could not have organized a trip like this without Manoj handling every detail. Our Golden Triangle Tour with Safari will be cherished.

Well-organized, great variety and pace, wonderful support

I chose India Trip Designer among several quotes because Manoj was quick to respond with options and customization ideas for our 4-person group with two young adults and mixed levels of experience in India (none to a few times). I am so glad I did! What an amazing and wonderful experience! Our "happy Buddha" driver Vivek picked us up at Delhi airport and supported us with logistics and advice (and skillful, safe driving) through the whole trip until he dropped us off back at the airport 8 days later. Our guides in each city were excellent: Tomar in Delhi, Raj in Agra, and Sunny in Jaipur. Special thanks to Raj and Manoj for extraordinary service with the Taj Mahal lost-and-found. Even though we saw no tigers in Ranthambore (bad luck, that's okay), the animals and rural environment were fascinating. Where we chose 4-star hotels they all exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, service and convenience; our 5-star upgrade in Jaipur provided the luxury we wanted there. The pace and variety of the trip were perfect. Thanks for the trip of a lifetime!
