Highly recommended - but don't go as fast as I did!

This was a bit of an expensive tour, but considering it was three full days, including transportation from Delhi to Agra to Jaipur and back, plus guides - I would say it was money well spent. Rishi was in contact early and informed me that Bobby would be my driver for the duration of the time - and let me begin by saying Bobby was incredible. Kind, generous with his thoughts and always willing to call out things in each city or on the highways in between to notice, I got to know Bobby the best and really enjoyed our interactions. Sunil was my guide in Delhi and our journey started slow with Delhi traffic being horrible in the morning. We began at the Qutab Minar, the Lotus Temple, and seeing several of Delhi's more famous government buildings before he took me to lunch at Lazeez Affaire, where I had one of the best biryanis of my life (get the mutton biryani). Bhoopi was my guide in Agra, and he welcomed me on my first night in Agra to set me up with a place to get an Indian deep tissue massage before I saw the Taj Mahal the next day. He then proceeded to take me to the Taj Mahal, recommending good spots to take photographs, and letting me enjoy the splendor of the place at my own place. He did leave me in one place where a crafty local took a bunch of photos on my behalf and expected a tip - I thought he was just trying to be nice, but that's a good reminder - pay people for their time and expect to have this service done every so often. We then hit up the Red Fort before Bhoopi dropped me for lunch, and then Bobby took me onto Jaipur. Kumar was my final guide, taking me around Jaipur city and we got along fabulously since he spoke both English and Spanish - and he bemusedly preferred that we speak Spanish since it was such a novelty for him to meet a Chinese American who spoke Spanish. He took me to the Hawa Mahal, the Amber fort, shopping so I could buy my daughter a necklace, and to get a custom kurta and pants made for a Diwali celebration back home in the states. An unimpressive lunch buffet followed by a trip to the observatory wrapped up the day and we bid farewell as Bobby dropped Kumar off and then took me to my hotel. Bobby then drove me back to Delhi the next day so I could continue the rest of my trip on my own. All in all. I was very impressed with this tour - but I'd recommend not moving so fast. I felt like I didn't have a lot of time in each place, and that was my fault. This was a fast paced three days and I saw everything I wanted to see. Highly recommended.

Incredible experience with an incredible team

Went for the Golden Triangle Tour at the end of June. Everything was well planned. Communication was very easy - Yash contacted me on WhatsApp a few days before the tour. The car was clean and comfortable for 3 people and some luggage. The driver was very friendly and he was attentive to our needs. The tour guides were all informative and could be funny as well especially when the energy seems low - so that's a great thing! They've also been very accommodating of our requests (on a few occasions we asked to be picked up later than scheduled), and they've recommended really great restaurants during the trip. We even got a free tour in the evening in Jaipur which was a good thing since my mum couldn't make the day trip due to the heat. Thanks for everything Yash and team. Truly an unforgettable time in India. Can't wait to go back P.S. They take really good pictures too!

Truly a golden trip in India!!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day tour. Raj was very attentive beforehand and willing to amend the tour to suit our personal preferences. We were picked up at the airport by Suresh (our driver) in a tidy and comfortable car. Suresh was always able to answer our questions or pointed out places of interest en route to our next location, driving each day was full of interest. If you haven't been to India before you won't know what sort of driving is "usual" there, but we always felt safe with Suresh. Guides at each of the cities we met were professional and spoke good English. Especially to mention and pay our thanks was Ajit in Jodhpur. He helped us getting a doctor when I fell ill and also arranged to procure medicines for me. The tour remained fantastic altogether and the city we enjoyed the most was Udaipur which is full of grand palaces and lakes......

Overall - the trip was excellent...

The tour organized was very good and well prepared. Shortly after booking, we received a message from the tour coordinator. He let us know, that if there is any assistance required or if we have any question, then we shall let him know. The driver allotted to us was always the same throughout the tour. He was a nice, very humble person. We felt very face and comfortable with him all the while. We got different tour guides in every city. All of them have been very experienced and spoke very good English and were all great with their job. Tour itinerary was well prepared so that we don’t feel rushed and not wasting extra time also. Well done.

How far in advance should I book Golden Triangle Tour Delhi-Agra-Jaipur?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit New Delhi?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in New Delhi?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
