Not enough communication just take the money .
Booked online was under the impression it was return at$128 when we arrived at ool there was no information just our booking number to give the driver who took us without question when we checked the return there was none it cost us $55 to return disgraceful two elderly people never again very disappointed.
Response from the operator: I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and can understand how upsetting and confusing that must have been, especially when you believed the booking included a return transfer. That’s certainly not how we want anyone to feel, particularly when travelling. If you’re happy to, please send your booking details to customerservice@cxn.com.au so we can properly review the booking and check what may have happened with the return service. Kind regards, Joanna – Customer Service

Good Company
Excellent service for my Gold Coast transfer. The driver was right on time and showed very safe driving skill. I had a comfortable ride.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your lovely feedback! We’re glad to hear your Gold Coast transfer went smoothly and that the driver was on time and provided a safe and comfortable ride. We appreciate you travelling with us and hope to welcome you on board again soon. Warm regards, Joanna – Customer Service

Unreliable, bad communication, utterly disappointing.
Booked an airport transfer for 4:35am and waited until 5:15am. No driver showed up, no calls, no messages. Tried calling the company and after selecting the phone options the line just went blank. We had to book a last minute Uber to avoid missing our flight, which cost us extra on top of the original booking. To make it worse, customer service focused on “investigating what happened” instead of issuing an immediate refund for a service that was never provided. Really disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not rely on this company if you have a flight to catch.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how stressful this would have been when travelling to catch a flight. Please note that for all reported issues, we do conduct an investigation to understand what occurred and ensure the appropriate resolution is provided. If this matter has not already been resolved, we kindly ask that you email customerservice@cxn.com.au with your booking ID so we can double-check the details and assist further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards, Joanna – Customer Service

Good experience.
We had booked for a 10am transfer from Coolangatta airport to Surfers Paradise Airport. Arrived early and walked straight onto a bus at 8am. Bus was clean, air conditioned and the driver was great. Highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re glad to hear you were able to hop on an earlier service and enjoy a clean, air-conditioned bus with a great driver. It’s wonderful to know everything ran smoothly for your transfer. We really appreciate the recommendation and look forward to welcoming you on board again. Warm regards, Joanna – Customer Service

AIRPLANE DELAYED. NO REFUND
Fine if you make the travel time no doubt but we were delayed on arrival at Gold Coast Airport due to adverse weather. One hour late, Phoned to be advised next shuttle was 9pm on the Saturday, 3 hours later from the call. No refund would be given. Best advice, the 777 bus leaves the same domestic airport area every 30 minutes. Two minute wait and only 50 cents each. tap on and off with debit or credit card. plenty of space for luggage. Took 22 minutes to Burleigh Heads and a few minutes walk to or apartment. The transfer cost 50 dollars for two.
Response from the operator: We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience caused by the weather delay. As flight delays are outside our control, we do our best to accommodate passengers on the next available service. However, we understand how frustrating this must have been for you. If you’d like us to review this further, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@cxn.com.au with your booking details so we can investigate and assist where possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Joanna – Customer Service

Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Gold Coast.
How much does Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs cost?
+
Prices start at $19 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Gold Coast usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Gold Coast is not rushed.
Is Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 374 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Gold Coast, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs?
+
Around 131 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Gold Coast can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Gold Coast and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Gold Coast Airport: Shared Transfer to Gold Coast Suburbs start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Gold Coast within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Gold Coast?
+
On Outty we rank every Gold Coast experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 Hour Ultimate Learn to Surf Adventure, Gold Coast Whale Watching Cruise, Mount Tamborine Wine Tasting Tour from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Gold Coast?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Gold Coast?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
