Not as advertised!
This was a bait and switch tour. It advertises itself as stops for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in Calendar, and Ft William. We did not stop in either one at all!! onward we went to Glen Finnan viaduct where we spend an extra 1/2 hour to 45 mins which was far too long. Then he took us to Ben Nevis, which was not part of this tour. Where we sat in a car park for over an hour at rinky-dink diner high prices in gross food, waiting for people to go on a gondola ride that cost $25 per person. Lastly, he took us to Pitlochry at the end of the day 15 minutes before all the stores closed! He gave us 45 minutes rather than the hour and a half advertised. No time to eat anything in a relaxing manner, no time to shop, but there was time to grab an ice cream like that’s a big deal! Yes, they were beautiful drives. Yes he was a great orient tour and a very nice person. That does not make up for the fact that I booked a tour specifically to see the villages of Scotland that in a relaxing manner, and instead was rushed through everything or saw nothing at all! And literally sat in car park, staring at dry land, while people went up a gondola which I was not interested in taking! I am requesting a full refund for me and my sister! This was the last day of our tour and it was a complete disaster and disappointing!
