  2. The Pyramids Of Giza

This tour is the time machine where we go back more than 5000 years ago exploring how they live, what they eat, what their dreams are and more. Such an unbelievable feeling you will get, because you will visit the Giza Pyramids which have become nearly equivalent with Egypt itself. Their incredible size continues to impress millions of visitors each year, as they struggle to understand how three kings Cheops, Chephren, & Mikerinos, could have constructed such massive structures so long ago. Regardless of their fame, the Giza Pyramids are considered only a short chapter in the long history of Ancient Egypt. All three great pyramids, as well as the Queen’s pyramids next to them, were built during the Old Kingdom 4th dynasty.

Family trip

The trip was well organised, with a lot of good sightseeings Abduo chose for us. We had Mr abduo as our guide and photographer that was well prepared on the language, the culture and the history of all the places.also was very helpful and gentle and that could reorganised all the timings and places to go to for our unforseen circumstances

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking time to write an amazing review for us, it is always pleasure to explore Egypt and share our culture

Our amazing trip to Cairo with Abduo

My soror and I had a great time in Egypt with the itinerary our amazing tour guide, Abduo, planned for us. It started from our arrival to Cairo. We missed our connecting flight due to late departure from Germany. Abduo was in constant contact with us until our driver picked us up at the airport. Abduo recommended our beautiful hotel, Marriott Mena House with a view of the Pyramids. Our wonderful accommodations added to our incredible experience. Abduo made sure we felt safe and protected during our travels throughout Cairo. Mr Abduo’s itinerary included trips to Aswan & Luxor. Every leg of our trip was detailed and coordinated flawlessly. We never had and delays or concerns throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend Abduo for an amazing experience as you travel and learn the history of Egypt. He is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. He met all of our traveling and shopping needs. Thank you Abduo.

Excellent tour guide…highly recommend

Abu and his Team (Ahmed, Peter, Josh & Ayman) was truly amazing. They picked us up from the airport and took us around Cairo, Aswan and Luxor during our tour in Egypt. This was an experience I will never forget. During our short 4 day tour in Egypt we were able to visit the pyramids, a local market, spinx, ride a camel, go hot air balloon riding, Nubian village, valley of the kings, dam, temples, churches and local markets. The logistics of this trip was great. The restaurants the tour guides took us too were amazing as well.

Fantastic tour with Mr Abdelaziz!!

We enjoyed a fantastic morning at the pyramids with Mr Abdelaziz. He made the experience stress free and easy, helping to purchase the entrance tickets and taking us to the areas to get the best photos. He is a fluent English speaker and has an impressive knowledge of Egyptian history. For the best visit to the pyramids experience we highly recommend. Thanks very much for looking after us! Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Giza.

How much does Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM) cost?

+

Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Giza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM) take?

+

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Giza is not rushed.

Is Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM) worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Giza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM)?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM) suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 7-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM)?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Giza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Giza and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Giza pyramids ,Sphinx, Camel, Lunch & grand museum (GEM) start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Giza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Giza?

+

On Outty we rank every Giza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pyramids Sphinx Camel ATV Bike Shopping and Nile Dinner Cruise, Cairo 8 Hour Private Tour of Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum Nile Felucca or Bazaar. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Giza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Giza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
