Amazing host, driver, and genuine 'Mr Egypt'
From the moment we arrived, Samir made us feel safe, welcomed and listened to. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, ensuring we made the most of our short trip in Cairo. We extended our time with Samir and really appreciated his knowledge and guidance for the full time we we were in Cairo. Samir was authentic, cared about our experience and just wanted us to enjoy every moment, from funny photos, museum suggestions, helping us get water, find the best foods in Downtown and top tips for the souks. Thank-you so much, Samir. I will 100% recommend your services to any friends or family I know visiting Cairo, or Egypt. Next time I visit, I will book the Louxor/Aswan trip with this great company!
Response from the operator: We can't thank you enough for spending time to write such an amazing review and for spending your valuable time describing your adventure with us

Amazing Solo Experience
Do yourself a favor and book with Samir. Absolutely amazing experience. I went to Cairo as a solo female traveler and felt so safe and well cared for. Milad and Sylvia were my tour guides, and they were both so kind and well knowledgeable on Egyptian history. I was there for less than 48 hours, but they made sure I had plenty to do and see, and I loved every second of it...and they'll make sure you have PLENTY of photos! :) When I come back to Egypt, I'm definitely booking with this company again.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this beautiful and empowering review! 🌟 Having "Amazing Solo Experience" as your title means everything to us. Traveling to Egypt as a solo female traveler can sometimes bring up a lot of nerves, so hearing that you felt completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for from start to finish is the absolute highest praise we could ever ask for. Samir is going to be incredibly proud to read your words! He makes it his absolute priority to ensure our solo guests feel entirely respected and looked after, like they are traveling with family. Milad and Sylvia are going to be walking on air when they see your massive thank you! They are both deeply passionate about our country's rich history, and knowing that their kind energy and deep knowledge made your whistle-stop trip so special means the world to them. Maximizing a quick 48-hour stay to make sure you loved every single second is a true art form—and yes, they are absolute pros at making sure you leave with a camera roll packed full of picture-perfect memories! 📸🙌 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your high recommendation and for promising to book with Samir and the team again for your next trip. You arrived as a solo traveler, but you leave as part of our extended travel family. We already cannot wait to welcome you back to your second home here in Egypt for a much longer adventure next time! 🇪🇬❤️☺️

Amazing professional company
Samir and Mohammed were the best ambassadors for Over Egypt tours we could have wished for. Both were charming and gracious and gave us the best possible experience for our three night visit to Cairo. Mohammed is an excellent guide who speaks many languages and Samir who owns the company, drove us himself. Both ensured that we were kept comfortable and entertained from the moment we arrived in Cairo until the moment we left. We are seniors and felt safe and valued family members at all times. We had a tailor made tour made especially for our own choices and interests. We enjoyed everything especially the show at the Cultural Centre with the Whirling Dervishes. Don’t miss it! We took Mohammmed’s recommendation to visit Garbage City and the Cave churches. We were glad we did. Not many people see this side of Cairo. Again thanks to Samir for his help and advice. His company is one to be proud of. See you again in January! Can’t wait.
Response from the operator: Thank you for such an outstanding review. It was an absolute honor for Samir to drive you personally and for Mohammed to guide you through Cairo's hidden gems, especially the Cave Churches and Garbage City. We are delighted that you enjoyed the Whirling Dervishes and felt completely safe throughout your stay. Ensuring our senior guests are comfortable and treated like family is our highest priority. We are eagerly awaiting your return this coming January!

Is Giza Pyramids, Saqqara and Memphis Private Guided Tour From Cairo worth it?
+

When is the best time to visit Giza?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Giza?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
