Shopping fun in Ginza
I had a wonderful time shopping with Akari! She had a well-prepared list of shops for us to visit. I really appreciated how Akari took the time beforehand to consider my shopping interests, clothing preferences, and budget. And when I needed her opinion, she gave great styling advice! I bought a lot of nice clothing that I look forward to wearing! It was a great experience and I recommend for visitors who love shopping and who want to try something new.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I had a great time shopping with you, too.☺️ Because you shared your preferences with me beforehand, I was able to find the shops that were a perfect fit for you. Both the slightly polished clothes for work and the casual outfits looked beautiful on you. I was so happy that we could find pieces in the perfect size! I hope you enjoy wearing your new wardrobe back home. I imagine your vacation is over and you are already back at work, but please take care of yourself. Thank you again for choosing my tour.✨

A lifesaver for shopping in Tokyo
A huge thank you to Akari-san for helping my mother find and buy all the clothes she wanted! Shopping in Tokyo proved to be more challenging than I expected, and I had struggled to find the right shops and items. In fact, after a whole day of shopping in Shinjuku by myself, I only managed to buy a hat! In contrast, with Akari-san's guidance, my mom found almost everything she was looking for. Akari-san was fantastic at choosing clothes that perfectly suited my mom's style and body type. She saved us a ton of time and energy, making the experience enjoyable and efficient. I highly recommend her services for anyone who wants a personal style guide and to save valuable time!
Response from the operator: Hi Nurguiaan, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I’m delighted your mother found what she was looking for. The skirts, dresses, coat, and other pieces all suited her beautifully. Enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan, and have an incredible time! Thank you again and take care! Arigatou gozaimashita!

Great experience
My wife loved this! She ended up purchasing quite a few items during this shopping trip. Akari-San was awesome and very pleasant. She took us to stores in Ginza that we would have not gone to on our own. I also really appreciated her prep work before the tour to curate our shopping experience. Plus, she stayed an additional hour with us as we finished shopping but she did not let us compensate her for it.
Response from the operator: Hi Suman, Thank you so much for your amazing review! It was such a pleasure to plan the tour with you both — your thoughtful answers to the pre-tour questions helped me picture your wife’s ideal style and choose the right stops in Ginza. I’m truly honored that your wife loved the tour, and I also had a wonderful time with you both. I’m so happy you chose Japan for such a special trip. Your wife has a great sense of what suits her — she looked wonderful in everything she tried. We found so many pieces she loved that you left with your hands full of shopping bags! Enjoy the rest of your trip in Japan, and have an incredible time! Thank you again and take care! Arigatou gozaimashita!

Why this scores 55
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tokyo.
How much does Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer cost?
+
Prices start at $13000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tokyo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tokyo is not rushed.
Is Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tokyo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2.5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tokyo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tokyo and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ginza Personal Stylist: Luxury & Hidden Gems by Pro Buyer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tokyo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tokyo?
+
Tokyo is less a city than a stack of neighborhoods with completely different opening hours. A guided food crawl through Shinjuku's Omoide Yokocho gets you past the no-tourist curtains, while the day trips west to Hakone and Fuji need an early start to be worth the fare. Our ranking weighs guide quality heavily here, because in Tokyo the guide is the product. On Outty we rank every Tokyo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tokyo Shinjuku Chopsticks Making Class, Tokyo : Asakusa Chopsticks Making Class, Shinjuku Night Food and Bar Crawl. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tokyo?
+
Late March to May for blossom, October to November for clear Fuji views. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tokyo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
