Amazing kayaking!
Communication from booking to kayaking was 10/10. Very responsive, informative, and proactive with communication. The actual tour itself was amazing. Chris was our tour guide and we couldn’t pick a better tour! We have been on many tours in other places and Chris by far was the best tour guide. He was so kind and knowledgeable. The perfect mix of quiet time and learning.
Response from the operator: Thank you SO much for your kind words!! We're so glad you found the experience - from the booking to the actual tour so great! Hearing that makes our entire day. Chris is awesome and we're so glad you thought so too!! Thank you so much for exploring with us!!

10/10 would do again!
This tour was so cool! We saw a dolphin about 3 minutes into the tour and if you are birder, this will be a great experience! Chris was extremely encouraging and knew lots of great facts! A excellent guide for this tour!! The mangroves were gorgeous and there are plenty of sandbars to stop and rest throughout the tour. Keep in mind that this is a kayak tour and will utilize upper body strength the majority of the time! Thanks so much for such a great experience for myself and my sisters!
Response from the operator: We love when the wildlife decides to show off for us! It's always such a treat. We appreciate your kind words about our guide Chris - he's the best! The sandbars are always so nice after the work out - it's one of our favorite parts about the tour! We hope to see you and your sisters again next time for another adventure!

Enjoying the mangroves
I son was a very good guide. It happened to be pretty windy so the water wasn’t real clear to take advantage of the clear bottom kayaks. We did see osprey and bald eagles, ibis,a HUGE great blue heron. It was a real axing trip and would encourage people to try it and ask for Jaxon
Response from the operator: It sounds like you had an amazing trip despite the windy conditions! Seeing osprey, bald eagles, ibis, and a huge great blue heron must have been quite an experience. Jaxon is going to be happy to hear you had a good tour; it's always great when you have someone knowledgeable to enhance the adventure.

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Daytona Beach.
How much does Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach cost?
+
Prices start at $79 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Daytona Beach usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Daytona Beach is not rushed.
Is Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Daytona Beach, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Daytona Beach can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Daytona Beach and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Get Up And Go Kayaking - New Smyrna Beach start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Daytona Beach within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Daytona Beach?
+
Daytona Beach combines Daytona International Speedway tours and ride-alongs with beach days on hard-packed sand, airboat rides, dolphin cruises and St Augustine day trips. On Outty we rank every Daytona Beach experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Daytona Beach Dolphin & Manatee Tour – Paddleboard or Kayak, New Smyrna Dolphin and Manatee Kayak and SUP Adventure Tour, Polynesian Fire and Dinner Show Ticket in Daytona Beach. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Daytona Beach?
+
March to May and September to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Daytona Beach?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
