Easy to use and clear narrations

Good tour. Warning e-guide requires mobile data.
Overall the Castle tour is excellent and the ticket entry is easy. However, the e-guide requires mobile data and there is zero wifi anywhere in the castle. The emails from the tour operator are sent via TripAdvisor and are very confusing. As a result, we were not able to fully utilize the audio e-guide.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the castle tour and found the entry process easy. We're sorry to learn about the difficulties you experienced with the e-guide and the lack of WiFi on site, as well as the confusion caused by the emails. Your comments are very helpful, and we will take them into account as we work on improving the clarity of our instructions and the overall visitor experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under better conditions.

a historical séjour
although a very rude ticket seller, not fit for her job, and the huge crowds almost ruined the whole experience, all in all we spent a very enjoyable, historical riddled couple of hours at the castle compounds.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience with the ticket seller and the crowds, but we are very glad you still enjoyed the historical atmosphere of the castle!

Prague Castle
We took the Prague Castle Get&Go self guided tour, our ticket included Entrance to St.Vitus Cathedral, Entrance to the Old Royal Palace, St.Georges Basilica, and Golden Lane. All these attractions were very good but the highlight was the “Changing of the Guard” which occurred at 12;00, the Audio Guide (on our mobiles) was ok, the content was good but the navigation of the guide was problematic. Overall a good day
Response from the operator: Thank you, sincerely!

Must see in Prague
It's a must-see in Prague. Although it can be done by Free Tour but thus you can enter the most important buildings. There is an initial explanation of approx. 20 minutes in several languages (English, Spanish, French, German,...) and then already the visit is free with an audio guide. There are 4 places to enter. The only bad thing about the visit was the long queues to get to the 4 sites. Not to miss the changing of the guard at 12:00, although it was also crowded.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing this!

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.
How much does Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers cost?
+
Prices start at $9 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.
Is Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Get&Go: Prague Castle Ticket & E-Guide + Discount vouchers start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Prague?
+
On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, 3-hour Complete Prague Bike Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Prague?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Prague?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
