    Highly recommend in Barcelona!

We had a blast on out tour with Alessandro! We booked a tour in English, but then discovered Alessandro also spoke Italian 😅. Alessandro is extremely knowledgeable, obviously loves his city and he is eager to share what he knows with his customers. Our tour started at the sagrada familia and then continued to casa mila and through the historic center. We learned a lot about Gaudí and modernism. Oh, we also stopped for a cup of hot chocolate amatller 😋! It was a great three hours in Barcelona and we will make sure to get in touch with Alessandro for another tour next time we are here!

Response from the operator: Dear traveler, thank you for the lovely review! We're so glad you had a blast — our guides are passionate, knowledgeable, and love sharing the best of Barcelona. We can’t wait to show you even more next time you’re in town!

Three hour private tour (Gaudi exteriors)

Henrieta is an amazing guide🤩. We had the three hour private Gaudì tour and learned so much with her. The tour was full of facts, stories and thought provoking discussions. Henrieta was always checking on us as well through-out the tour to check the pace and how we felt. It was great to get the behind the scene information and it really enhanced our experience. Get ready to do some walking but also lots of stops to admire the sights. Thank you Henrieta!

Response from the operator: Dear traveler, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your private Gaudí tour with Henrieta. She truly loves bringing Barcelona’s history and architecture to life, and it’s great to know her care and attention made the experience even more memorable for you. Wishing you many more adventures and hope to see you again in Barcelona!

Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.

How much does Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $38 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.

Is Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Gaudí & Catalan Modernism Private Walking Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Barcelona?

    +

Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

    +

May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Barcelona?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
