Excellent trip to Lempuyang Temple.
Excellent trip. Picked up in Kuta by our driver Candra who was on time and was very friendly and spoke good English. He took photos for us at the temple and then sent them to us which was a real bonus. Snorkling trip was one of the best we’ve done, saw so many beautiful fish. Temple was amazing. There is a wait to get your photo taken but that is to be expected and you are given a number so you are not queuing. Long day but would definitely recommend.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your detailed and lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that you had an excellent trip and that Candra made your day even more enjoyable with his punctuality, friendliness, and great English skills. We’re glad you appreciated the photos he took and shared with you—it’s always our pleasure to help create lasting memories. It’s also great to know that you enjoyed the snorkeling experience and the beauty of Lempuyang Temple. Thank you for mentioning the photo queue system as well, as this helps set clear expectations for future guests. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again in Bali!

Great adventure
Excellent day excursion, tour company very accommodating as we had to change the date a few times due to my husband becoming ill on holiday. Our guide Budi was very knowledgeable about Bali and had a good sense of humour, very safe driving whilst chilling to music and so patiently waiting with us to take photos at Lempuyang Temple. Definitely would recommend this trip *****

Great day out
The tour with Bali Natural tours made for an excellent day out. Adi, our guide was friendly, engaging and patient. He was very accommodating and took many photos for us at the Temple. He was a good conversationalist with a great sense of humour. The snorkeling was spectacular with no shortage of fish to see. The food, following the big day, was delicious and wholesome. Overall, we would recommend this tour.

Miscommunication but the guide was so nice!
We honestly had a great time on this tour, but there was a slight language barrier that messed it up. Our tour guide was incredible. He took photos of us and was very nice. The only reason we don't give this tour 5 stars is because there was some miscommunication. We thought we were at lunch and he told us to leave the bag in the car. All good. I asked him if I should grab my swimsuit... He said I could so I did. Two minutes later we are being shuffled onto the snorkeling boat with literally nothing and the guide isn't there. So the sunscreen we packed was in the bag we left with him. We got super burned and that's not his fault, we just didn't communicate well to be prepared for it.
Response from the operator: Dear Ayla Thank you very much for your great review. We will always strive to provide the best service to all of our customers and really appreciated for your feedback. Looking forward to seeing you for another awesome tour the next time you are in Bali. Best Regards, Bali Natural Tours

It was amazing!
After reading all the good reviews about snorkeling and the gate of heaven we decided to book this complete trip with Bali Natural Tours. It was a great day in which everything was arranged on top. We were lucky enough to have Putu as our driver, what a very kind and sincere man. The Gate of Heaven is really worth a visit, although the queue for a photo is very long. After visiting the temple we had a delicious lunch after which we went by boat to the two snorkeling spots. What a fantastic experience!!! All those beautiful fish and beautiful coral. Highly recommended! Bali Natural Tours lives up to expectations and provides a fantastic day for everyone!
Response from the operator: Dear Guusdg Thank you very much for your great review. We will always strive to provide the best service to all of our customers and really appreciated for your feedback. Looking forward to seeing you for another awesome tour the next time you are in Bali. Best Regards, Bali Natural Tours

Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jimbaran.
How much does Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive cost?
+
Prices start at $93 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jimbaran usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jimbaran is not rushed.
Is Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jimbaran, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jimbaran can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jimbaran and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Gates of Heaven Temple and Blue Lagoon Snorkeling with All-inclusive start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jimbaran within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Jimbaran?
+
On Outty we rank every Jimbaran experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover The Best of Ubud: All-Inclusive and Private Guided Tour, Ubud: Monkey Forest, Jungle Swing, Rice Terrace and Water Temple, Best of Ubud Private and All-Inclusive 1-Day Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Jimbaran?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Jimbaran?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
