Excellent trip
Super tour we had Joaquim as our tour guide and he was full of knowledge, very friendly and really took care of us. Lunch was delicious with plenty of the traditional food and drink. After lunch we had 2hrs at the botanic garden and thermal pools so had plenty of time to have a wander around and enjoy all three pools.

Even with the weather not in our favor our guide, José Miguel, absolutely made the day. He was a wealth of knowledge, incredibly warm, and passionate about his home island. He didn't just rattle off generic facts; he shared fascinating stories about life in the Azores, local geology, and the history behind the Gorreana Tea Plantation, all while keeping the energy light and fun. José Miguel handled our itinerary perfectly. He made sure we knew exactly when and where to meet back up with the group so we didn't miss a single beat of the tour. A few major standouts from our day: • The Logistics: Pickup at the meeting point in Ponta Delgada was perfectly punctual, organized, and stress-free. Tour shouldve started at 9, i receive a msg at 9 “error in system, no seats available, sorry not our fault, we will cancel and refund” and that’s it. No alternative tour suggested, no alternative date suggested, poorest customer service ever !!!
