Don't book this experience
I was looking forward to the trip. i had been working 80 hour weeks for a few months so wanted to unplug completely. I booked the trip with a young lady on Viator. Received a notice that i was booked. I also received my ticket. On the about portion of ticket it talked about parking against the fence... and nothibg else. I arrived at 330 by Uber, did not anybody from company. I went into the building and there was no one available. Needless to say this was incredibly disappointing. When you don't have unlimited time and you're wasting time waiting for the conpany to show up, it ruins your day and vacation. I spent $600.00, for this experience. You would think at this cost someone would be EXTREMELY visible. I am now in the process of getting a refund. I would highly reccommend not booking this experience. I would have given a negative number if i could!

This company never disappoints! loved the new auto slingshots!
Last time we did the Jetskis and this time we did the slingshots as promised guys we came back!. And once again you didn't dissapoint . You guys keep setting the bar higher and higher when it comes to service and professionalism keep it up !

Anna was the best I really loved the jetski and slingshot package deal she got me and my family had a really fun time. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs I am really satisfied with their quality of service . riding a Slingshot at night is definitely a must if you're visiting Miami Beach and I can't wait to repeat this experience with and my husband again and leave the kids at home this time lol jk

Best birthday gift for me
Anna was very professional and very knowledgeable with things to do in the area. I provided the requested documentation and had no issues with the booking smooth quick process. Awesome service and friendly host
I was down in my favorite city, Miami, for a few days and badly wanted to get out on the water - particularly on a jet ski. I yelped to find a few options and called American Watersports. Their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors, but not crazy differences.. The guy on the phone mentioned they just received a new fleet of jet skis. This sounded like some good luck, so I decided to go over there. I arrived, and opted for the tour because it lets you explore a lot more than just free time between the bridges. The crafts were definitely brand new - nicest I've ever rented... or ridden for that matter. Mine had 4.4 hours on it when I got on! Jonathan was our guide and this guy was awesome. Super friendly and fun, showed us a great time. I would do it again in a heartbeat and look forward to my next visit. This is probably the best spot in Miami to rent Jetskis, you won't regret it.
