Extraordinary, stay alert with the guide

We took our lunch at Mitclan restaurant. Our guide was sitted with us. The note included our meals and the one of our guide. We show the note to the guide. She didn’t want to listen that something went wrong. My wife fetched a menu in order to show that the note include the guide’s meal. This is very bad. This site is extraordinary for people interested by ancient structures.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your comments about your experience. We really appreciate that you let us know your concerns, since they help us to constantly improve our service. Regarding your review, we would like to clarify that our reservation policies do not include the guide's or customers' food. If you decide to eat during the tour, this is completely optional and is the responsibility of each person. Regarding what happened at the restaurant, our guide told us that they received an invitation from you to sit at the table with you, which you accepted out of courtesy. However, we regret any confusion that this may have generated. We apologize if this misunderstanding affected your experience in any way and thank you for pointing out this point. We will make sure to strengthen communication with our customers to avoid similar situations in the future. We are very happy that you have enjoyed the site and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you again to offer you an even better experience. We remain at your disposal for any additional questions.

How far in advance should I book Full tour of Teotihuacán and visit to Mictlan?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mexico City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mexico City?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mexico City?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
