Incredible and Professional Experience
After a week of business in Santiago, the guys helped us create a custom weekend experience with both a hike into the mountains and some wine tasting at multiple vineyards in 2 different valleys. First off, their English was perfect and made it very easy for us to communicate our wish list and explain our level of fitness so we could pick the appropriate hike. They were very flexible and were even able to coordinate an airport drop off for us after a day at the vineyards. They guys were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We learned a ton from them even during the car ride and they still gave us enough space to relax and really enjoy the experiences. I highly recommend booking an unforgettable experience with these guys!
Response from the operator: Hi Dave! 🌟 Thank you so much for taking the time to write such an incredible and detailed review! We are thrilled to know that your custom weekend experience was a complete success. 😊 Hearing that we managed to perfectly combine what you were looking for is exactly our goal. We love being flexible and adapting to the wishes and pace of our travelers, so we are pleased to know that the hike was right for you. Spending time with awesome clients like you is what makes our job so wonderful. It's fantastic that you enjoyed the conversations and learned a bit more about our beautiful area. It was a genuine pleasure to have you with us! We hope to welcome you back to Chile for more adventures.

Absolutely Unforgettable Andes Excursion – Above and Beyond Service!
Our private excursion to the Andes with Esteban and his team was hands-down the highlight of our entire trip to Santiago, Chile. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, thoughtful, and deeply memorable. Traveling while pregnant can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Esteban and his team were incredibly accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, adjusting the pace and ensuring we had everything we needed. On top of that, our group of four had a variety of dietary restrictions, and every single one was respected and handled with such care—it truly took the stress out of the day. Esteban himself is a wealth of knowledge. His passion for the region, its history, geography, and culture was evident in every story he shared. He made the mountains come alive with insight and heart. The entire team was so polite, professional, and welcoming—we felt like we were spending the day with friends who genuinely cared. We also have to give a shoutout to Daniel from Servitour. Planning the itinerary with him was an absolute breeze. He made everything so easy and tailored it exactly to our needs and interests. Communication was clear, friendly, and efficient. This day trip was more than just sightseeing—it was a meaningful experience, filled with beauty, learning, and connection. We can’t recommend Esteban, his team, and Servitour enough. If you’re in Santiago, do not miss the chance to explore the Andes with this exceptional group. We’d give it more than five stars if we could!
Response from the operator: ¡Hola Alka! 👋 Thank you so much for your incredible review! 🤩 It was an absolute pleasure helping you plan your private excursion to the Andes. We're thrilled to hear that your experience with Esteban and the team was the highlight of your trip to Santiago. ✨ Ensuring your comfort and catering to everyone's needs, especially with dietary restrictions and during pregnancy, is always our top priority. We're so glad we could make your day seamless and stress-free. Esteban truly is amazing, and we're delighted his passion for the region shone through. 🏔️ We loved working with you to create such a memorable and meaningful experience. We hope to see you again in Santiago! 😊

Why this scores 59
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full private experience Andes overlook & local food: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santiago.
How much does Full private experience Andes overlook & local food cost?
+
Prices start at $360 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santiago usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full private experience Andes overlook & local food take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santiago is not rushed.
Is Full private experience Andes overlook & local food worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Santiago, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full private experience Andes overlook & local food?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Full private experience Andes overlook & local food suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full private experience Andes overlook & local food?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santiago can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santiago and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full private experience Andes overlook & local food start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santiago within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Santiago?
+
On Outty we rank every Santiago experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Maipo Valley Wine Region: 4 Wineries, Tastings & Foodie Tour, Valparaiso Port and Viña del Mar with Casablanca Wine Tasting, Tour to Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Pablo Neruda Museum and Vineyard. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Santiago?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Santiago?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Full private experience Andes overlook & local food?
+
Included: Bottled water; All Fees and Taxes; Bastones de trekking; and Brunch. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does Full private experience Andes overlook & local food include hotel pickup?
+
Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 2 listed pickup locations in and around Santiago. Be ready about 10 minutes before the start time. You can also enter a custom pickup address when booking.
What languages is Full private experience Andes overlook & local food offered in?
+
It is offered in English and Spanish. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.
Will I get instant confirmation and a mobile ticket for Full private experience Andes overlook & local food?
+
Confirmation is sent by the operator after booking, usually within 48 hours; if it is not confirmed you are not charged. Mobile tickets are accepted, so you can show the voucher on your phone.

+
