Worth doing!

Excellent service, this was convenient and everything was well organized for us, it was nice to enjoy the party with no worries on how to get back. Driver was on time and communicated via WhatsApp by the tour operator team about the pick up details before staring the journey, the boat was comfy & efficient and staff helped you with tickets as soon as you entered the ferry port. Worth doing for the experience.

Horrible Service & Organization

Please please please . . . Read all the reviews. This was a HORRIBLE experience. We were picked up 30 minutes after our schedule, however that was not the worst of it. When trying to catch the speedboat back from the party to Koh Samui, we encountered the most unorganized & unprofessional service. We waited 2 1/2 hours to get on a boat and came across people who had waited over 3 hours. The workers were not helpful at all. One person would tell us to wait on a certain line, but when the boat would dock at the pier, another worker would shepherd a large group right past you, filling up the boat and leaving you trying to figure out what line to stand in next. Numerous fights nearly broke out, some workers "joked" that we were going to have to "swim" back. Do yourself a favor, if you are going to the Full Moon Party, just spend the extra money and get a place on the island, do not try to use this service.

We give a small card in different color at the pier for the customers to get avoid from skipping the line, so if you see others go before you that maybe they come to wait before your time. Also, please make sure that you go to wait at the right boat company because there are others at the same pier area. Dont use them for ferry service to full moon party!

The start of the experience was good, but the return was absolutely atrocious. So disorganized! Boats come back every hour but who’s who. There are so many transport boats going back and forth and they are all different companies. Theres nothing clearly marked at the dock for the service you use. You get on a boat, they kick you off due to you using the wrong boat. Waited 2 hours and had to pay a guy just to let us on their boat and to top it off, we had to get our own taxi. Don’t use Viator for this event!

For the boat companies, we give the hanging ticket once checking in at the pier and it's mentioned the boat company on it, so on the way back you just show up and check the name of boat company before getting into the boat. We are pretty sure that we give all the clear information before starting the trip and select the trust company that take care of the customers, however please understand the situation of the party that it is difficult to control all many people drinking. Not the best

Great pick up but utter farce getting back organised chaos at boat quing and no idea what bpat staff clueless 2hr waitvat 1am then taxi on way back again utter shambles didn't know where hotel was ..Arghhhhhhhh

Chaotic and Disorganised New Year’s Eve Trip

I had the worst New Year’s Eve experience. My pick-up was scheduled between 8:00 and 8:30 pm to ensure I arrived on Koh Phangan in time to celebrate. However, I waited 2.5 hours with minimal communication from the organiser, making me wonder if it was a scam. They blamed traffic, but passengers said they started late. At the pier, there was chaos, no organisation, and more waiting. I finally reached Koh Phangan at 11:40 pm, barely meeting my friends and ruining my night. The return trip was equally awful, waiting hours for the boat. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We really don't want this thing happens to our customers at all! With the terrible traffic at that night causing every pick up times were running late since the beginning. It does not matter that you are the first or the last stop as it was late since the first round. We have no excuse at all for this regard, just hope the customers would understand from what the situation was at that night, especially your hotel is located in downtown with one way road, so drivers could not make the faster time at all. From the late picked up related to the boat was late because the customers arrived to the pier as the same times. With the communication with us, sorry once again, we want to answer all of our customers, but we are all busy lines and can not make it in time, but we absolutely went to pick up all customers from their bookings. For the returning, an hour waiting is the standard for this party, and we also send you the information before that if it is busy time then you have to stay in the line with no guarantee for the time. Above just the explanation of the real situation happened, but from our side we have no excuse from making disappointed on our customers because we totally understand how they feel on their special night. We have to find the better solutions to not make it again for the future, but if you see from some reviews on countdown night you can see that we have tried our best and if customers who traveled at the time that did not rush then they satisfied from our service.
