What you get

    About this experience

"To make good wine it is necessary to know well the land from which it comes and the sky that governs us." Treated as gardens, the selected lands of the Valdobbiadene DOCG are located between the Piave river and the Soligo stream. We are about 100 km from Venice, on the hills between the municipalities of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, located at equal distance from the Dolomites. Here the grapes have been ripening on the hills for over 2000 years and the love for the land flows in the veins of the winemakers and in the sap of the vine.

Very good tour through the prosecco hills. Beautiful views and wineries. The tour guide was also great, very knowledgeable on the region.

    Highly recommend it

Ralph was a real gentleman! He picked my daughter and I up from exact spot in a car! Took us to winery and gave us lots of of history about the region! At the first winery, we tasted 5 different prosecco and learned a lot about quality and their method in Italy. We got to watch a cellar. Ralph took us to this amazing waterfall and to higher altitude so we could take amazing pictures! After that we went to 2nd cellar and tried another 4 prosecco and got a history on their grape orchards and the process of prosecco making! I would highly recommend this tour! Our day was fantastic and I would highly recommend Ralph as a tour guide! It was worth every penny!

Great Tour learned a lot saw so much

Excellent memorable tour. Guide was exceptional. We had a wonderful time, saw so much, amazing views, there was just 5 of us and we enjoyed the company of the others on the tour. Comfortable van. Learned so much about Prosecco and the different quality of the Prosecco as web as how the grapes are grown and why this region is very special for producing prosecco. We went In May 2023 but I forgot to leave a review

    Prosecco Tour was Great!

Our tour guide was very good. We had a few glitches. First, the meeting place was crazy busy, but she found us. The transportation was comfortable. The Prosecco stop was the best of the two. Second Prosecco tour was more commercial and much more expensive. We saw some beautiful sites. The biggest issue we had was that we purchased our trip over a month ago and apparently they changed the web site. Our tour included Prosecco tasting, they charged us at one location and the second location we did not because we said no.

Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Venice.

How much does Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region cost?

    +

Prices start at $120 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Venice usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Venice is not rushed.

Is Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 52 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Venice, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region?

    +

Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Venice can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Venice and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full Day Wine Tour and Tasting in the Prosecco Region start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Venice within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Venice?

    +

On Outty we rank every Venice experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class with Wine in Venice, Eating Venice Small Group Food & Drinks Tour, Venice Bacaro Food Tour: Eat and Drink like a Venetian. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Venice?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Venice?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
