Excellent.
The night before the trip, since they hadn't contacted me up to that point, I sent a message to the number that appeared on the voucher that the agency had already issued. I asked for the excursion's departure time and the company responded by saying that the reservation was not with them, even though the company's name and contact numbers appeared on the voucher. I kept insisting, as did the travel agent with whom I booked the package; after some delay, they verified that my reservation had not been included and, at 10:40 PM, they asked for the address of the hotel where I was staying to add me to the tour route. Once this setback was overcome, which left me with a bad impression, we took the excursion with the guide Bastian Torres, a very attentive and polite person who provided excellent service to all the tour participants.

Incredible experience in Portillo with TAC
Our trip to Chile gained a special glow thanks to the tour organized by TAC, with the guide Pauli and the driver Marcelo. From the beginning, everything was impeccable: exemplary punctuality, sympathy and very good mood that made the journey easy and fun. One of the highlights was the capricious picnic, carefully prepared and full of details that showed the care of the team in providing unique moments. In addition, Pauli shared stories and curiosities that further enriched the experience, while Marcelo ensured a safe and peaceful trip. It was a memorable day, of those who are kept in memory and in the heart. I highly recommend TAC for those who want to know Portillo or other regions of Chile in a special way, with attention to the details and a human touch that makes all the difference.

Very good service.
Excellent guide Pauli, both for her friendliness and for the enthusiasm and good disposition she showed during the tour, as well as for the information she provided throughout it. And they made a great duo with the driver Marcelo, who also contributed all his good vibes.

Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santiago.
How much does Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santiago usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santiago is not rushed.
Is Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santiago, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santiago can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santiago and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santiago within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Santiago?
+
On Outty we rank every Santiago experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Maipo Valley Wine Tour with 4 vineyards from Santiago., Valparaiso Port and Viña del Mar with Casablanca Wine Tasting, Santiago: Valparaiso, Viña del Mar & Casablanca Wine Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Santiago?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Santiago?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
