★★★★★ "I had an amazing experience on this tour! We visited three incredible places: the Sahara, Dahshur, and Memphis, and every stop was fascinating. Our guide was fantastic—he shared so many interesting stories and historical facts, answered every question I had, and spoke excellent English, so everything was easy to understand. We also traveled in a very comfortable car, which made the whole day even more enjoyable. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt!"

Fantastic support for our custom itinerary
Amon let us book a custom itinerary with an extra-long day and more attractions than would usually really be possible in one day, letting us make the most of our short time around Cairo, at a very reasonable price. Amon was out of the country on the day of our tour but set us up with Ayman Nagy who was spectacular. The combination of flexibility with deep knowledge about a wide range of topics ancient and modern made for an unforgettable day.

Flexible & Efficient Tour of the Giza Plateau & Memphis
Our day with Mido was incredible! He’s super responsive, flexible, and honest. Want to tweak your plans, arrange an airport drop-off, or even plan a full week or Nile cruise? Mido can do it all — and at a great price. We managed to see Saqqara, the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum in one day — something most guides said wasn’t possible! Started at 8 a.m., hit all the highlights, stopped by a few local shops, and made it to the GEM by 2 p.m. Mido knows how to beat the crowds and focuses on giving you the best experience. His English is excellent, communication is easy, and the whole day was smooth and fun. Highly recommend Mido & Amon Ra Tours — you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent and Accommodating Service
We had Mido for our tour. Mido is extremely knowledgable, patient and accommodating. During our tour, we got a health issue that needed to be immediately taken care of. Mido took care of everything - including the medic team contact at the Pyramids and when it was not available, he drove us to the hospital - accompanying us the whole time with the translation and stuff. The whole tour was smooth and safe because of him. Highly recommend!!

Why this scores 80
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Giza.
How much does Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara cost?
+
Prices start at $25 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Giza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Giza is not rushed.
Is Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 52 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Giza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara?
+
Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Giza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Giza and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full day tour Giza pyramids , Memphis, Saqqara start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Giza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Giza?
+
On Outty we rank every Giza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pyramids Sphinx Camel ATV Bike Shopping and Nile Dinner Cruise, Cairo 8 Hour Private Tour of Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum Nile Felucca or Bazaar. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Giza?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Giza?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
