Check in at our office 30 minutes prior to departure. We are located in the Remarkables Park Town Centre, near Queenstown Airport, with free all-day parking. Park near the New World supermarket and walk across the carpark entrance to our building on the corner of the main road (Hawthorne Drive).

An Unforgettable Adventure—Above and Beyond!
An amazing experience from start to finish. On-time and friendly pick-up by Sam, a great reception from Belinda, and a safe, scenic and informative flight by Michael. The views from the flight are stunning and the destination amazing. I was booked for the ski the glacier but it was too windy so Alpine Guides quickly pivoted and got me on a helicopter ski trip with the amazing Tai. Truly a bucketlist experience and I highly recommend. I will be back to do the Tasman next year.

Life’s bucket list
Thank u to the whole team. My sister and I had a magical time skiing the Tasman. Michael the pilot at true south was so skilled. Our guides Tai and Andrea super accomodating for all levels. Safe and exhilarating at the same time. Also to Nigel our helicopter pilot. It was a day to remember. Can’t fault anything. Every minute was incredible.

Excellent. Phenomenal interaction with the Alps.
Excellent flight. Incredible scenery, very close flying to the Alps. Used as a means to travel, turns out it was a definite highlight! Our pilot was Jason. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable. He explained much on our flight out. On the way back he was happy to talk, but also just turned the headsets off and made it quiet. Since we were exhausted that was perfect. We have a strong preference for helicopters, but this got us SO close to the Alps - it was phenomenal. It was a remarkable way to understand the sheer size of the Alps. The check in/communication process was great too.

Amazing experience!
AMAZING experience! I flied with True South twice, Tasman glacier and Milford sound fly-fruit-fly. The service is fantastic and the view is amazing. Highly recommended to try at least once. I had to change my plan because I hurt my knees at another ski areas. So they help me to change the plan and allow me to go with Tasman Glacier Highlight while my family ski on the glacier. The pilot even drive me around Mt Cook during the waiting time between my flights.Thanks Jason, Luke, Andrew ( take me to Milford sound) and all other kind staff arrange my flights and transport.

An experience you'll NEVER forget.
Absolutely one of the best experiences of my life. Worth every penny. Once In a lifetime opportunity you'll NEVER forget. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel to when we were dropped back EVERYTHING was world class. We had Henry as our pilot/guide and he's just the nicest person, a genuine credit to the business. The only advice I can give to anyone is 'don't look at the price tag, you'd pay double to have the experience we had'.
