Disappointed
If you are coming by cruise ship BE ADVISED that the marina they operate out of is 1 1/2 hour minimum away from where you will dock and will need transportation to their marina. It is NOT the port you arrive at. Had that been notated on their site we would have happily arranged transportation but when we did find out we left a message (email) before 10 for our 11:00 cruise. We did not receive a response until after 12 and then they wanted to try and work with us. But by that time we would not have been able to get back in a timely manner. Since the cruise was scheduled for 11:00 I’m not sure why they didn’t try to call or email before 12:13. On other Viator excursions we have received pertinent information so we arrive on time. Very disappointed in how they advertise and feel that since they cater to the tourists this information should be included. Our party was a party of 10 and we were looking so forward to this to have it fall apart on our day of departure was frustrating and disappointing.

Our departure location and operating base are clearly indicated in multiple places, including the listing title, cruise description, meeting-point information, voucher and our messages with you. On the day of the cruise, when you had not arrived, our team began contacting you shortly after 11:00, as we routinely do whenever a guest is not present at the meeting point at the scheduled time and has not contacted us. We made more than 10 attempts to reach you by phone. After receiving your message through the platform, we immediately tried to contact you again to determine your location and explore possible solutions, including arranging for our crew to collect you if possible, assisting with transportation, and even adjusting the cruise schedule by several hours so that you have sufficient time to reach our location. Unfortunately, our calls remained unanswered, so we sent you a written message through the platform outlining the available options. We made every reasonable effort to assist you and resolve the misunderstanding regarding the departure location. We regret that you were unable to join the cruise; however, this was not due to a lack of communication, information, or willingness to assist on our part. We also respectfully believe that a review should reflect the service actually experienced. For this reason, we feel that the negative review does not fairly or accurately represent the quality of our services, our crew, service, or the cruise itself or the genuine efforts made by our team to assist you.

Beautiful day out
We had a lovely full day out. Lots of swimming and snorkeling. Chef on board with really good lunch. V chilled family day out. I'm always sceptical booking online and not actually speaking to a real person but this did not disappoint and really recommend it.

A day to remember
Starting with the booking procedure and guidance to welcoming and hosting, a trip with Sailman Yachting is another premium experience in Nikiti. Very friendly and kind crew, our kids loved it. Do not skip the lunch package, their cooking is better than many tavernas in town. We will be back for a longer cruise experience with them.
