After pick up at your accommodation we will travel through the city and sightsee and make our first stop at Bo-Kaap for a photo opportunity with the famous Cape colorful houses, which carry great historical significance. A popular daytime destination, hillside Bo-Kaap is known for its narrow cobbled streets lined with colorful houses. Local Cape Malay culture is represented at sites like the 1790s-built Auwal Mosque and the Bo-Kaap Museum, with exhibits about the achievements of Muslim immigrants. Boulders Beach penguin colony is home to thousands of endangered tuxedo swimmers, the African penguin! Here you will walk on the beach and take close up photos of one of our flightless birds. Currently, there are approximately 2500 African Penguins at Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and you may even find one of these enchanting sea creatures walking next to you on the boardwalk.
