Rana was very helpful and flexible in the itinerary. When we couldn't see Mt Fuji from the north side, he drove us to the south side to get a better view. Also, spoke Japanese and English fluently and helped explain the Hakone Ropeway and Sightseeing cruise to the Japanese workers.

Mt.Fuji Experience
Our rider was very good, caring and thoughtful. He explained everything with lot of interest and assisted us with everything during trip. He was a real delight However the trip itinerary itself has been a let down. There is little to no experience of Mt.Fuji. it is only visible from a distance and not worth it. The ropeway and cruise are very average experience as compared to global standards. So, in summary, rider was very good but itinerary was very ordinary and therefore overall a par or below par experience for us
