They Rescheduled, ...
They Rescheduled, rescheduled , then ghosted me. I requested a refund. Viator has requested a refund also.
Response from the operator: Dear Gwen_W, Thank you for your feedback regarding your booking for the Full Day Kuwait City Tour We sincerely regret that your tour was not fulfilled, and we understand your frustration with the refund process. However, we must respectfully clarify the details of this situation for the benefit of all travelers reviewing our services: Availability: Our records confirm that the tour was scheduled to run as booked on [Original Date/Time], and our team was prepared to accommodate your booking. Communication: We maintain complete records showing that after initial communications regarding this booking, we did not initiate any subsequent rescheduling attempts or cancellations, nor did we "ghost" you. Cancellation Policy: The booking remained confirmed and active until the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, you did not attend the tour and did not formally cancel the booking within the required cancellation timeframe. We understand that you ultimately chose to book with a different operator, potentially attracted by a cash discount. While we respect your choice to pursue other travel options, a "no-show" on a confirmed booking, especially without formal cancellation, means we cannot recover the operational costs and loss of opportunity for other bookings. Therefore, according to the terms and conditions of your confirmed Viator booking, we are unable to process a refund in this instance Ahmed

Don’t book this tour
This tour guide never showed up or responded to my messages. No communication at all. I’d like a refund please.

Operator canceled 12 hours before tour
I'm sure this tour would have been fantastic, had I been able to go. I booked this tour in advance and was in communication with the guide via WhatsApp days before the experience. All was set for a great day. However, 12 hours and 24 minutes before my tour, it was cancelled. The only way I found out was through the auto-generated email from Viator. Despite our previous communications via Whatsapp, the operator did not email or message me, or offer any apology for such a short notice cancellation. I strongly advise you to select another tour to enjoy your time in Kuwait.

I had a great time on...
I had a great time on this comprehensive tour of Kuwait and got to see all of the main attractions in one day. It was well organized and the tour guide was very accommodating. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kuwait and wishing to get to know the country.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful experience on our Full Day Kuwait City Tour. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the comprehensive itinerary and found our tour guide to be accommodating. Your recommendation is highly valued! Sincerely, Ahmed.

MINUS TEN STARS - Completely unreliable and unprofessional!
DO NOT BOOK! Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our tour guide cancelled at the very last minute with ZERO notice—no call, no message, nothing. I was ready to go, excited for the tour I had planned well in advance, only to be left standing around wondering what happened. No apology, no explanation, just completely ghosted us. Viator support was also useless and frustrating, inexperienced and dismissive representative. This is not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. If you’re looking for someone reliable or even remotely considerate, look elsewhere. Total waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Full Day Kuwait City Tour. We understand your frustration with the tour cancellation. However, we must address the inaccuracies in your review. Our records indicate that a cancellation message was sent to you message was via email, approximately 24 hours prior to the activity date. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that you were not charged any cancellation fees. We regret that this message did not reach you in a timely manner. We strive to provide reliable service, and we take your feedback seriously. We are investigating this incident to ensure that our communication processes are improved. Sincerely, Ahmed

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Full Day Kuwait City Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuwait City.
How much does Full Day Kuwait City Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $130 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuwait City usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full Day Kuwait City Tour take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuwait City is not rushed.
Is Full Day Kuwait City Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kuwait City, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full Day Kuwait City Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full Day Kuwait City Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 7-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Full Day Kuwait City Tour?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuwait City can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuwait City and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full Day Kuwait City Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuwait City within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kuwait City?
+
On Outty we rank every Kuwait City experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day licensed Tours in Kuwait City & Desert PickUp & DropOff, Full Day licensed Tours in Kuwait City & Desert PickUp & DropOff, Kuwait: Half-Day City & Desert Tour with Pick-Up & Drop-Off. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kuwait City?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kuwait City?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
