We had a fantastic experience with both our driver and our guide. They were always punctual, friendly, helpful and made us feel very well looked after throughout the day. Dat (Alex) was an excellent guide, very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He explained everything clearly and made the visits really interesting, while always checking that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Can vist most of tourist places
Danni was wonderful guide who has knowledge and senses of humor. Even tho it was long day, Danni looked after us very well! We visited soooo many places that i will not be able to visit by my self!! Soooooo satisfied tour! Strongly recommend to book😊

Be honest in your advertisements please
We specifically booked with this tour as it clearly advertised it could pick up from our hotel. The night before we were due to go on the tour they told us we would have to make our own way to meet them at the start of the tour! When I said we would cancel it they said as it had been a last minute cancellation there would be no refund. This is unacceptable behaviour & no way to treat visitors to your country. Please refer to to the attached information as taken off your website.

Therefore, if your hotel is outside Hanoi Old Quarter, the tour does not include direct hotel pickup from that location. We understand that the tour information may have caused confusion, and we are sorry if the pickup conditions were not sufficiently clear when you made your booking. 2. Regarding the pickup confirmation time As this was a group tour, the pickup schedule and order had to be arranged according to the number of guests and their respective pickup locations. The guide & driver were...
The guide & driver were lovely, however the locations were not as listed on the itinerary, with train street not included at all. It was also a combined full & half day trip so a number of back & forth to different hotels throughout the day to pick groups up.
