    In the morning, on the way coming to CauDat plantation, you will take the time to pay a visit to the French Quarter, where you can see many old-style dimly appear in the pine trees, and make a stop at some places where you can admire beautiful scenery of immense, green Arabica coffee plantations and get the guide to help you to learn about the processes of making Arabica Instant Coffee that has a nice fragrance and special taste such as: the technique to pick of coffee, select coffee at the field and the factory, dry coffee seeds and the way to mill them. Then, you will keep on visiting Trai Ham Da Lat Weasel Coffee – Civet Coffee’s Real Flavor. Having a tour of the tea process in CauDat Tea Factory, which was established in 1927 within many historical periods and over several generations by the French director of the organization management, harvesting and planting since its establishment is very educational.

    In the afternoon, you will explore the gorgeous waterfall and the mysterious tigers’ den together with exploring the nature at the Tigers’ Den Waterfall (Tiger Cave Waterfall); the incredible architecture constructed from debris of porcelain, pottery and glass creating colorful paintings at LinhPhuoc Pagoda. Amazing of the unique Guan Yin statue by Vietnam’s immortal flowers. A strange 49m long dragon, whose fin is covered with fragments of 50 thousand bottles of beer, is an interesting thing to admire.

    On the way back the center of Dalat city, you will pay a visit to the Dalat Winery to try various product brands of Dalat wine freshly made from specialty and grapes of Dalat including: mulberry wine, plum liquor, coffee liquor, whisky, lemon and strawberry liquor. Before getting back to your hotel, you will be dropped at the nicest Old Railway Station of Indochina with ancient French architectures, and the unique cog railway with Swiss technology and the old steam locomotive of Japan offering an atmospheric slice of Dalat history.
