    Fun activity with Family!

We had a great time on the Bollywood Studio Tour and Celebrity House Private Tour. Our guide Hardik was super friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. He spoke English, Hindi, and Gujarati, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone in our group. We toured the outside of several celebrity homes, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and others. While you don’t actually see the celebrities themselves (which is expected), it was still exciting to see the famous locations in person. The studio tour was decent—really cool to walk through the production sets and learn how they’re used. Most of the sets are for commercials and Indian TV shows, with not many movie sets, but it was still very interesting to see how everything is designed and built. It is a bit on the pricey side, but overall it’s a fun, family-friendly activity and a great way to spend a few hours in Mumbai. 3–5 hours is perfect—any longer wouldn’t be necessary. Overall, a well-organized experience and a memorable introduction to Bollywood culture. Highly recommended! 🎬✨

Response from the operator: Dear Drut, Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great time on the Bollywood Studio Tour and Celebrity House Private Tour. It’s wonderful to know that Hardik’s friendly nature, helpful attitude, and multilingual skills made the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone in your group. We’re glad you enjoyed seeing the famous celebrity residences and exploring the studio sets while learning how productions for TV shows and commercials are created. Your clear and honest insights about the experience and timing will be very helpful for future travelers, and we truly appreciate you sharing them. Thank you for recommending us and for choosing Young Tours and Travel. Please know that your booking also supports our NGO, Young Cares Foundation, which works for the education and welfare of children in Dharavi. Your support helps us continue both meaningful tourism and community development. We hope to welcome you again for more memorable experiences in Mumbai! 🎬✨ Warm regards, Young Tours and Travel

    Amazing tour with Hadrik

Hadrik took my sister and me on a wonderful Bollywood and main city sights tour of Mumbai. Patrik our driver. Was very patient and was always at hand to pick us up and drop us off at all our locations. We saw the Gateway of India, then Hardik took us to marine pde with a nice nice view of the ocean where one can get some rest and relaxation. We then proceeded to Mani Bhavan Ghandi museum, well worth a visit. We saw the huge open laundromat that amazing to see. We saw a few other tourist attractions prior to the highlight of the tour, SJ studios one of the biggest Bollywood sets. There we we able to see the sets and filming. After that we were treated with some Bollywood dancing. Loved the tour and would highly recommend this tour with Hadrik

Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mumbai.

How much does Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $69 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mumbai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mumbai is not rushed.

Is Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mumbai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mumbai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mumbai and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Full-Day Combined Mumbai City + Bollywood Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mumbai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mumbai?

    +

On Outty we rank every Mumbai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Elephanta Caves & Island Guided Private Tour, Dharavi Slum Tour, Mumbai: Dharavi Slum & Dhobi Ghat Laundry Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mumbai?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mumbai?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
