Abu dhabi tour june 08, 2022
Tourguide/driver didnt join inside the venues (stayed at van). Itinerary was not followed, some places were not included during the trip. Its superhot inside the van and the driver is irresponsible, keeps on using his phone during driving which is dangerous! Always leave his hand out of the wheel.

Taken advantage of....worest experience ever!
I would never do another Viator tour. The van blew a tire. We were taken to a "art dealer" who tried to see us carnival souvenirs for hundreds of dollars. One person bought one at $300 and we saw the same thing at a mall after for $25 dollars. We were supposed to be back from the tour at 5 pm at the latest and we didn't get back until 10 pm. The guide was nice but the hole thing was a joke. Viator you should refund me money!

Not Well Planned
Ferrari World was great we had four hours there. This was a good amount of time to do the major rides. The mosque was beautiful a must see. Unfortunately, tour was much longer than advertised. We were left at 8:30am and did not return till 10pm. It took over two hours to pick everyone up. Van was packed full and uncomfortable. We did not get time for lunch until we got to Ferrari World at about 4pm. Overall tour would have been good if it did not take two hours to pick everyone up and lunch was at a reasonable time. I think company was trying to save money by combining multiple Abu Dhabi tours which added a lot of delay.

Abu Dhabi Excursion
This tour did not live up to my expectations. The tour guide did a fine job picking us up on time. He was friendly and understanding. There were participants who were continually late returning to the van after our stops at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Ferrari World. Their lateness was annoying and not addressed. I assumed that the tour of the mosque would be narrated by our tour guide so that I could better experience the religious significance of the artwork and architecture. The stop at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque would greatly improve with a guided tour. We did not stop at Heritage Village even though it is listed on the tour itinerary. I was baffled by how the tickets to Ferrari World were distributed. Why would I have to join with another group on the tour to gain entry into Ferrari World? Everyone or at least every group traveling together should have their own tickets. I had to wait for entry until some unrelated individuals on my bus stopped taking pictures and decided that they were ready to enter Ferrari World. While there were photo only stops on the tour, it was difficult to take unobstructed photos while the bus was moving. It would have been better to stop the bus and allow us to quickly get on and off to take photos and get a better sense of the different areas of Abu Dhabi. I had the opportunity to revisit Abu Dhabi later on in the week and purchased tickets for the hop on and off bus. I was exposed to so much more and had time to enjoy many different aspects of Abu Dhabi. This tour should be revamped so that participants get real value for the money they spend.
Response from the operator: Hi 352theresag, Thank you for your feedback. We will investigate your complaint and make sure it will be look after. Regarding your Ferrari Trip, if you joined a combo trip ( Abu Dhabi with Ferrari Ticket ) expect that you will be joined with a different group on the next part of your trip which is the Ferrari World. Also, there are places which is only passed by and not allowed for a stop. Hop on and off is a different kind of tour. You can come off to specific location and the bus will not wait for you.

Great place to visit
One of the highlights of our holiday, a visit to the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Ferrari world. The pickup was on time, then headed off to Abu Dhabi, had a few stops on the way, to some place called the last exit, heritage village and museum, and art gallery, which was very interesting, chance to buy some souvenirs but a bit pricey, some great photo opportunities with views of the Abu Dhabi skyline, then off to the grand mosque. Our guide provided garments for my wife and daughter to wear before we entered the mosque. The grand mosque is majestic, and simply beautiful, with amazing gardens leading up to the structure. We spent about 1 hour there, and that is plenty of time to walk around and see this amazing place. Plenty of photo opportunities. Then off to Ferrari world, which was about a 25-minute drive. We were really looking forward to the rides, there were plenty of places to eat and get refreshments. The rides were good, the only disappointment was the main ride (the fastest rollercoaster in the world) was broke, so out of action, apart from that, it was great to see the various Ferraris and rides. Just want to say thank you to the guide, who did a great job chauffeuring us around and looking after us all day. And a great job “Top 10 Dubai Tours” on organising the trip, and answering my emails. I would recommend this trip.
Response from the operator: Thank for your feedback and I am happy to know you had a great time. See you again next time.

Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets cost?
+
Prices start at $165 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.1/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Full-Day Abu Dhabi Tour & Ferrari World Tickets start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
