Highlights include: Kaikyo Plaza – A lively seaside shopping and dining complex with local specialty shops and restaurants overlooking the beautiful Kanmon Strait. 2. Kokura Castle

   13:30 – Fukuoka Prefecture ▼ Kokura Castle (Approx. 90 min, free time) Originally built in 1602 by Hosokawa Tadaoki, Kokura Castle was the seat of the Ogasawara clan for over 230 years. The castle was destroyed in 1866 but reconstructed in 1959. Its keep is notable for its distinctive Chinese-style gables. Nearby Highlights(optional activities,self-paid) Yasaka Shrine – Located within the castle grounds, dedicated to Susanoo-no-Mikoto. Popular for prayers of safety, prosperity, and matchmaking. Kokura Castle Garden – A restored Edo-period daimyo residence and strolling garden. Visitors can enjoy seasonal views and exhibitions on Japanese etiquette and traditions Seichō Matsumoto Memorial Museum – Celebrating the works of the famous mystery novelist from Kitakyushu. Includes exhibitions, films, archives, and a tea room. Uomachi Gintengai – Japan’s first covered shopping arcade (1951), just a 15-minute walk from the castle.

3. Miyajidake Shrine

   16:20 – Fukuoka Prefecture ▼ Miyajidake Shrine (Approx. 60 min, free time) Located in Fukutsu City, this is the head shrine of all Miyajidake Shrines in Japan, founded about 1,700 years ago and dedicated to Empress Jingū. Three Highlights: Path of Light (Hikari no Michi) – On the days around the spring and autumn equinoxes, the sunset aligns perfectly with the shrine’s approach, creating a breathtaking golden pathway. Japan’s Largest Shimenawa Rope – A massive sacred rope 13m long and weighing 3 tons, displayed at the worship hall. Eight Sub-Shrines – Each dedicated to blessings such as family safety, academic success, business prosperity, and travel safety. 18:20 – Return to Hakata Station End of the tour.

• The departure time from the first meeting point is 8:30 AM, and the drop-off time is around 18:30 PM, making the total duration of the trip approximately 10hours

• The bus will depart on time from the designated meeting point. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
• Due to the booking platform's privacy settings, we can't see your email address， please inform us your email address after booking. We will send you an email around 9 PM the night before your departure, which will include information about the guide, driver, and vehicle license plate.
• Return time to Tokyo varies due to traffic and pick-up locations. Usual return 18:30, but during peak seasons, it may be as late as 21:00. Thank you for your understanding.
• It is recommended that you check the weather forecast before placing an order. Due to the weather conditions, the one-day tour experience was not satisfactory. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or accept negative reviews.
• If the group has fewer than 13 participants, the guide will also act as the driver and can only provide brief commentary during the tour.
