Very good Guide/Driver company in Jogja
We took the full 1day pass for Borobudur and Prembanan. Communication before and during the day is easy, they take care of the tickets entrance too, which is nice since you cannot easily pay online from abroad. Rio was really.nice during the 2 days, explaining the surroundings and local life. He even gave us fruits or seeds. Youwjust have to enjoy your day, and we took anither one to go to the country side of Yogyakarta (local market, Merapi flanks, Ratu Boko for sunset). In the end, I strongly recommend as you feel accompanied by gentle and helpful people along your trip.

Excellent Service and Outstanding Support from Ardi
Sigur — iată o variantă mai fluentă și naturală în engleză, potrivită pentru un review: We weren’t quite sure what to expect, as we had no previous experience with this company, but everything turned out to be excellent. We were provided with a brand-new car, registered just a week earlier, and the service throughout our trip was outstanding. We were especially lucky to have Ardi as our driver and guide. He made the entire experience comfortable, smooth, and stress-free. Not only was he an excellent and very safe driver, but he also helped us with the entry formalities at the temples and made everything much easier for us along the way. We were particularly grateful for his help when I accidentally left my bag and wallet at a restaurant. Ardi immediately contacted the restaurant and arranged for everything to be delivered safely to our hotel. His help and kindness were truly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service and a special thank you to Ardi for going above and beyond, especially in helping me recover my bag and wallet!

Ardi is THE best!
Ardi was the best! He was very patient, punctual, informative and above all kind! He took care of us from the airport to Borobudur, and back to Yogyakarta where we spent two days visiting the sights. He also gave us good recommendations for restaurants and Javanese cultural activities. He can communicate in English and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Yogya!!

Yogya To to Borobudur and Prambanan
From the moment I first enquired with Mr Putri my queries were answered promptly and a professional itinerary was tailor made for our overnight tour from Yogya. There was some issues with payment going through, but they allowed the tour to go ahead and got the last payment after the tour. Mr Jack was our helpful driver who met us at the airport. Thankfully he advised us what to wear to the temples. Nothing was an issue and he met our minor requests with a smile. It was a thirty hour side trip from Bali. but we saw the key sites we wanted. Borobudur at Dawn was the unforgettable highlight, and Prambanan was another surprise. We would strongly recommend this company, along with Putri and Jack. Terima Kasih

Why this scores 82
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Yogyakarta.
How much does From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Yogyakarta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Yogyakarta is not rushed.
Is From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 82 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 79 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Yogyakarta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day?
+
Around 28 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Yogyakarta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Yogyakarta and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does From Yogyakarta: Borobudur and Prambanan Temples in 1 Day start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Yogyakarta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Yogyakarta?
+
On Outty we rank every Yogyakarta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Yogyakarta Private Car Hire with Driver, From Surabaya / Malang : Mt Bromo Sunrise - Ijen Blue Fire 2D1N, Borobudur Full Climb Up And Prambanan ALL INCLUSIVE PRIVATE Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Yogyakarta?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Yogyakarta?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
