Together with our english certified driver you will leave Verona early morning, to reach the magic Food Valley of Italy. Our day begins with a visit to a renowned Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where you’ll witness the art of cheese-making and savor the rich flavors of this iconic Italian cheese. then, we will visit one of Modena’s oldest traditional balsamic vinegar families. The owner will welcome you, touring his real estate and seeing all the stages of production from the pressing of grapes to the barrel aging. The experience includes plenty of vinegar samples and you’ll taste some very old vinegars, more then 50 y.old, too. A delicious FULL lunch will be served, too. In the afternoon visit the glorious Ferrari Museum. This museum focuses on the auto manufacturer’s history and production. Back in Verona late afternoon.

Our day begins with a visit to a renowned Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where you’ll witness the art of cheese-making and savor the rich flavors of this iconic Italian cheese.

    Our day will continue with a visit to one of Modena’s oldest traditional balsamic vinegar families. The producer himself will warmly welcome us, guiding us through the vineyards and showcasing every stage of production, from grape pressing to barrel aging. The delightful aroma of vinegar will fill the air, tantalizing your senses. While Modena’s balsamic vinegar is known worldwide, it truly deserves to be experienced in all its depth, from its origins in the vineyard to the table, and beyond. During this experience, you will have the opportunity to sample various vinegars, including some that are more than 50 years old. Additionally, as this family produces olive oil, we will also indulge in a proper olive oil tasting before our lunch. To conclude our morning, we will delight in a delectable gourmet lunch on their private real estate.

    In the afternoon we will explore the magnificent Ferrari Museum. Ferrari, the epitome of Italian sports cars, takes center stage in this dedicated museum in Maranello, Italy. Discover the captivating history and production of the iconic automaker as you explore 25 cars, including road cars and prototypes. The museum also showcases a section dedicated to the historic Formula 1 racing team, along with a fascinating array of automotive artifacts and memorabilia. We will then return to Verona in the late afternoon, with memories of an unforgettable journey.
