1. Narusawa Ice Cave

   Discover the Narusawa Ice Cave – A Natural Monument. Begin your adventure with a journey into the Narusawa Ice Cave, formed over 1,160 years ago by volcanic lava. Inside, the temperature remains a chilling 3 degree Celsius, offering a cool & unique underground experience. As you explore, you'll encounter rugged lava formations & experience a unique underground world. Remember to wear non-slip shoes & protective clothing, as the cave floor can be uneven. Please note that children under 100cm cannot enter for safety reasons. In the case of possibility that Narusawa ice cave is crowded & takes 30-min or more to enter the cave, we may guide you to the "Fugaku Wind Cave".

2. Fugaku Wind Cave

   If Narusawa Ice Cave is crowded and it is expected to take more than 30 minutes to enter the cave, we may guide you to Fugaku Wind Cave (Optional). Fugaku Wind Cave is located in Yamanashi Prefecture at the northern base of Mount Fuji, within the Aokigahara Sea of Trees. This 201-meter-long lava cave, formed by Fuji's volcanic eruptions along with the nearby Narusawa Ice Cave, has been designated as a Natural Monument by the Japanese government. With a constant annual temperature of around 3°C (37°F), the cave remains refreshingly cool even during Japan's hottest summers.

3. Iconic Mount Fuji Views at Lawson Kawaguchiko Station Square. No trip to Mt. Fuji is complete without a visit to the famous "Mt. Fuji Lawson" spot, where you can snap a perfect photo of the mountain framed by the convenience store roof. This iconic view has become a must-see spot for travellers worldwide.

4. Lunch at Lake Kawaguchiko Craftpark: Kobe Beef Shabu-Shabu or Hoto Noodles. Savor a delicious lunch at the picturesque Lake Kawaguchiko Craftpark.    After having lunch at Kawaguchiko Craft Park, located by the tranquil shores of Lake Kawaguchi. Take a leisurely stroll along the peaceful shoreline of the lake, where you can enjoy the stunning reflection of Mt. Fuji in the serene waters. Lake Kawaguchi (Kawaguchiko), one of the Fuji Five Lakes, is a premier destination for witnessing the majestic reflection of Mount Fuji. As a component of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Mount Fuji, this area is celebrated for its breathtaking natural scenery, diverse recreational activities, and ever-changing seasonal beauty.

• We recommend checking the weather forecast independently in advance, as any changes or cancellations will follow our policy. Please note that visibility of Mt. Fuji may not be guaranteed, depending on the weather conditions.
• Tour schedules may be subject to time changes/adjustments without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that there may be shorter itinerary times or delays in returning to the designated location.
• Please understand that depending on the number of participants, commentary may be provided in both English & Chinese on the same bus.
• In case of severe traffic due to holiday/adverse weather conditions, some planned attractions may be omitted without refunds. We recommend guests check their travel dates carefully in advance.
• The tour may be canceled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won't be issued. If you'd like to change your meeting point or are unsure about the meeting point, please notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
• Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays/wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
• Infants under 3 years old are free of charge without seat. If a seat is required, please book under the child's price.

• Regarding luggage, we allow one piece of luggage per person during the excursion. Please also ensure that the luggage is manageable and fits comfortably within our vehicle. (The maximum size for luggage stored in the trunk should not exceed a total of 155cm- combined height, width, and depth.) Please also be aware that any items stored in the trunk will not be accessible in between stops on the tour, so keep all valuables with you.
