Paid for Round-Trip, Got Half – No Accountability

I booked a round-trip airport transfer, but unfortunately the return service was a complete failure. While the initial pickup went smoothly, the driver for the return leg never showed up at the scheduled time. I waited at the designated location, but no one arrived. In the end, I had no choice but to use the hotel’s shuttle bus to reach the airport. What’s worse, when I contacted the operator to report the issue, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to resolve the situation. I paid for a round-trip service and only received half of what was promised. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I strongly recommend avoiding this service to others.

Unfortunately, we need you to understand that it was not right since if you made a round trip reservation, we were happy to assist you upon arrival and also upon departure. However, it is worth noting that you left before the agreed time since before your first trip you had not informed that the hotel was going to offer you the free transfer. That please cancel your reservation and refund the payment. We inform you that unfortunately the cancellation policy included a refund if it was canceled before 24 hours, which you did not comply with. Our driver showed up on time upon arrival, offered you the service and also showed up at the agreed time for your departure transfer and the hotel staff informed our driver that you had already left. Not only do we apologize, we also attach photos of our driver's compliance, you will take them in the hotel lobby. We are very sorry once again for all the inconvenience caused. And if this is the score that you do not give for this situation, then we gladly accept it. Best regards.

Great Airport Transfer!

Easy to locate once outside of arrivals. Quick service. Clean and cool van. Plenty of space for luggage for 7 ppl. I would likely recommend for families traveling together and those with kids.

Book luxury airport!!

Miguel was amazing! He was very friendly and informative about his beautiful country. I will most definitely request him to transfer me to the airport and other hidden gems. BOOK MIGUEL!!!!

Manny's The Best

Once we walked far enough down the corridor to see my name at the airport, the vacation was off to an excellent start. The cold bottle of water was much appreciated. Manny is the perfect combination of friendly and professionalism. Highly recommended and much better than the transport that Sunwing was selling.

Superior service; worth the expense

My drivers both and from Punta Cana Airport were excellent- and went well above and my expectations! The Chevy Suburbans were spotless; well detailed and luxurious with leather seating- very comfortable. After a long flight I was given exactly the kind of welcome and service that offered time to stretch out and relax before checking into The Westin Punta Cana. Upon check out, my driver was early, courteous and very helpful- all hallmarks of a professional livery/limo service. I will certainly use your service again during my next visit to Punta Cana and would highly recommend it to anyone.
