    Magnificent Croatia!

We were connected to Matilda by our Greek Travel Agent. We planned a 2wk trip to Greece & Croatia through Zicasso travel and Matilda was our Croatian travel agent! She planned a lovely week for us traveling through some of Croatia’s highlights: Dubrovnik, Split, the Elaphiti islands, Krka National Park & a fabulous wine tasting at Bibich Winery. Matilda has a passion for her job and truly goes out of her way to make a connection with her clients. She is a real joy & is very open to feedback and suggestions. Her goal is to learn from each client so that she can better plan adventures for her future clients! Croatia is one of, if the THE, most beautiful counties we have been fortunate enough to visit & we can’t wait to come back!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much Jessica for your kind words! It was truly a pleasure helping you plan your Croatian adventure and being part of such a special journey through Greece and Croatia. I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed exploring Dubrovnik, Split, the Elaphiti Islands, Krka National Park, and the wine tasting at Bibich Winery. Croatia has so much to offer, and it means a lot to know that these experiences helped make your trip memorable. I especially appreciate your feedback about my approach to planning. Building genuine connections with my clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my work, and I’m always grateful for the opportunity to learn from each traveler’s experiences and preferences. Your insights help me continue creating meaningful and personalized journeys for future guests. Thank you again for trusting me with your travel plans. It was wonderful working with you, and I would be thrilled to help you discover even more of Croatia whenever you're ready to return. Wishing you many more amazing adventures ahead! 😊

Thank You Matilda!✨ MUST BOOK FOR HONEYMOON

Wow. Matilda was SUCH a pleasure to work with during our trip to Croatia. Not only is she the sweetest person ever but she is so knowledgeable of the area. Her customer service was also so warm and welcoming. She makes you feel like family. - she's so proud of the country, genuinely loves what she does, and was patient and kind. She was on time for every excursion and communicated detail for detail. She knows the best winery's, local places to grab food, best views of Krka Waterfalls and everything in between. Meeting her was a highlight of our honeymoon. With Matilda, you're in good Hands!

Response from the operator: Thank you Tony so much for your incredibly kind words! It was an absolute joy to be a part of your honeymoon and to help make your trip to Croatia special. I'm so glad you felt welcomed and well taken care of — that means the world to me. Exploring hidden gem of Dalmatia - its magnificent hinterland

Dear Matilda, thank you for an incredible day spent in the Dalmatian hinterland! It was the beggining of December when we explored Kliss fortress, but felt like we are in the middle of August - that is one of my favourite things in Dalmatia! ☀️🏖❄️ Fortress was illuminated by the Sun, glowed like the city of Mereen and slowly whispering that Winter is coming.⛪️🌄 Learning about the importance of Olive oil and why it was called "liquid gold" in this area was nicely explained by Marin, our guide in Stella Croatica Olive Museum. Highlight of the visit was stunning botanical garden, their natural cosmetics and the smell of freshly backed cookies right at the entrance.🌺🌿 Luckily, lunch at their charming restaurant was waiting for us.🍽🍲🍷🍰 After that, exploring Sinj was cherry on the top of our half-day tour with Magnificent Croatia! What a day!🌼

Response from the operator: Dear Majah, We love hearing from you! Thank you for leaving feedback for us. We are thrilled that you enjoyed in our Dalmatian Hinterland Tour. We are happy to craft your perfect route to explore local gems while in Croatia. Stay safe and carry on. Your Magnificent Croatia!

    Amazing adventure in Dalmatian hinterland

It was an amazing day! The Magnificent Croatia team were proffesional and kind, they picked up us at Split and drove about 20 minutes into the beautiful surrounding of Klis fortress. Then our guide Maja gave us a one hour Game of Thrones tour. Such a great exoerience! After a tour we went to Stella Croatica village and have lunch in most beautifull place we have ever seen. We had guided tour through Olive museum and had a chance to buy local products such as lavander, figs, olive oil...After that they drove us to Sinj where we experience local snacks and visit Museum of Sinjska Alka and learn about history of this area. Such a great day! Thank you Magnificent Croatia.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the great review! We're so happy you loved your experience and can't wait to have you back for your next adventure. Until then, we’re here if you need anything.

What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Split?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Split?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
