Scam and Grift. Unprofessional. Unorganized. DO NOT TRUST.
I booked a full day trip that advertised five stops, including the HOH Rainforest, which was the main reason I chose this tour. Unfortunately, we only made it to two of the five stops, and we completely missed the Hoh Rainforest. The day began with a one hour delay notice. After that, we were further delayed because the guide went to the wrong pickup location for another guest. Once we were on the road, it became clear that the guide did not have the itinerary for the trip. We had to show him the itinerary that was listed on TripAdvisor. He then decided to change the order of the stops, saying the original order did not make sense. We trusted his judgment and went along with the change, only requesting a simple bathroom and coffee break along the way. By the time we finished the two stops, it was 5:00 pm and access to the HOH Rainforest was already closed. When we contacted the manager to find a resolution, we were told we could drive an hour and a half back toward the rainforest at night. That suggestion did not feel reasonable or safe, especially since visibility would have been low and wildlife activity increases after dark. The manager’s tone was dismissive and unkind, and we were told we would hear back the next morning about a possible partial refund. This was especially disappointing for the other lady on the trip because the trip was meant to celebrate a birthday. It was supposed to be a special day. Instead, it felt disorganized from start to finish. Additionally, I was charged almost twice what the other party was charged for the same trip. I lost a whole day on a weekend trip. For the amount charged, a two week wage for the average American, I expected professionalism, preparation, and at minimum the fulfillment of the advertised itinerary. A guide not having the itinerary and major stops being missed is unacceptable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience did not reflect the level of service promised or paid for.
Response from the operator: Hi amR7045GL, The tour did take place and there were only two people on the tour, so it was almost like a private tour. The customer requested to visit Hurricane Ridge, which was not included in the itinerary. However, the tour guide still tried his best and took the customer to Hurricane Ridge. Since the trip to Hurricane Ridge took a significant amount of time, there was not enough time left to cover the rest of the itinerary. We are very customer-focused, and our tour guide has received multiple 5-star reviews. Regards, Khitish BarbilTours/PlatformPoints LLC

Fantastic day.
The whole family had a fantastic day exploring. David our driver and guide was brilliant, road closed - no problem, rejig the itinerary, want to see more of something, no problem, make an adjustment. Great tour, great people to deal with. Five stars.
Response from the operator: Hi Alison Bennett, A huge thank you to you and your family for choosing us! We're thrilled David could make your day so special, adapting to changes and making sure you saw the best bits. Flexibility is key, and he seems to have nailed it! Thanks for the five stars. Best Regards, Khitish BarbilTours/Platformpoints LLC

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seattle.
How much does From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight cost?
+
Prices start at $380 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seattle usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight take?
+
Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seattle is not rushed.
Is From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seattle, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seattle can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seattle and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does From Seattle Rainforest and Olympic National Park Highlight start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seattle within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seattle?
+
Seattle's best days leave the city: Mount Rainier, the San Juans, Olympic National Park and Snoqualmie Falls are all day-trip range, and each one lives or dies on the driver-guide. In town, Pike Place food tours, underground history walks and harbour cruises dominate. Our ranking favours operators with small vans over full coaches on the mountain runs. On Outty we rank every Seattle experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mt. Rainier Day Tour from Seattle, Seattle City and Snoqualmie Falls Half-Day Guided Tour, Mt. Rainier National Park Highlights Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seattle?
+
June to September for clear Rainier views and reliable ferry weather. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seattle?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
