Dora is amazing but the walk from bus stop to attractions was very long.
Our guide, Dora, was amazing! She went above and beyond to take care of our group. Two people in our party used canes, and she made sure we understood the walking distances and did everything she could to help us. Unfortunately, it was not clear when booking that there would be a 20 minute walk between the bus stop and the attractions. In 100-degree heat, this was very difficult, especially for seniors We ended up having to take a taxi back and forth from the bus. Given the cost of the tour, we wish this information had been provided upfront so we could have made a different choice. Dora warned us right away that the walking would be difficult and was incredibly helpful, but by then it was too late. A shuttle or trolley between the bus and attractions would make a big difference for the entire group.

Pisa & Florence Tour
Dora is a wonderful guide and her English is very good. The bus was comfortable with good air-conditioning and working usb chargers. It would be beneficial to know in advance that we could leave our bags on the bus 🚌 as we would have bought extras such as a jacket and snacks for the long day. Fabro was a delightful stop, the shop is amazing and the coffee and pizza was lovely. We enjoyed Pisa and Florence, however, it was a very hot and humid day, making it uncomfortable for sight seeing 👀

Originally I was planning to take the train to Florence however booking this one day trip was a better value for the money . My mind was on vacation , Dora took care of everything. She was very informative, on time and very pleasant . I will go back to Florence .
